Clinical Observation Of An Tai Fang Combined With Dydrogesterone Tablets Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Early Threatened Abortion In The Early Stage

Objective:In this paper,through the dynamic observation of clinical curative effect of An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets and Gushen Antai pill combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets treatment of Kidney Yin Deficiency of early threatened abortion,the degree of improvement of the clinical symptoms were compared and summarized,confirmed that the An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets is safe and effective,providing a safe and effective combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for Early Threatened Abortion of Kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:We choose 60 patients with Kidney Yin Deficiency of threatened abortion in 6 to 8 weeks(contains 6 weeks and 8 weeks)who treating in Jiangsu provice Hospital on Integration of Chinese ande Western Medicine and signing informed consent,then randomly divided into experimental group(An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets)and control group(Gushen Antai pill combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets),each of 30 cases.The experimental group was treated with self-made recipe daily 1 pair,morning and evening,and 10mg of progesterone tablets,oral,2 times a day,7 days for a course of treatment;the control group was treated with one bag of Gushen Antai pill,oral,three times a day,and 10mg of progesterone tablets,oral,2 times a day,7 days for a course of treatment.Record the patient's general situation,observe dynamicly symptom score of TCM,evaluate the development situation of embryos by color doppler ultrasound,monitor the serum human chorionic gonadotropin(beta-HCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E2)at the day of the visit,9 weeks and 11 weeks of pregnancy,and measure fetal neck translucent layer(NT)thickness and top hip length(CRL)at 11-13+6 week of pregnancy.Analyze statistically the data of the two groups by SPSS22.0 statistical software,get the conclusion and explore the clinical value of the An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy between the experimental group and the control group,found that the total efficiency is 96.67%VS 83.33%,P>0.05,what has no statistical difference,however,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and it still believed that it was of clinical significance;(2)Comparison of symptom score of TCM between the experimental group and the control group,P:0.036(<0.05),found that the difference between the two groups was significant,what shown that the An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets is superior to the Gushen Antai pill combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in the improvement of clinical symptoms.(3)Comparison of beta-HCG,P,E2 between the experimental group and the control group:? Independent sample t test:?-HCG at 9 weeks of pregnancy P<0.05,which has statistical significance;?-HCG at 11 weeks of pregnancy P>0.05,which has no statistical significance;progesterone at 9 and 11 weeks of pregnancy P<0.05,which has statistical significance.The independent sample t test showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving serum sex hormone level in the early stage of pregnancy.?Paired sample t test:The P in the experimental group and control group was<0.05 after treatment,which showed that two groups could improve the level of serum sex hormone.(4)No abnormality was found in the ultrasonic measurement of cervical thickness(NT)and fetal head(CRL)for the continuation of pregnancy at 11-13+6 weeks,which indicated that the experimental group and the control group had no obvious adverse effects on the early growth and development of the fetus,and did not increase the abnormal risk of chromosomes.Conclusion:(1)An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of threatened abortion with Kidney Yin Deficiency type and has a good clinical effect;(2)An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets can improve the early pregnancy serum beta-HCG,P and E2 value;(3)An Tai Fang combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets has no obvious adverse effects on embryonic development in early pregnancy.
