Effect Of Qingrejiedu Decoction On Facial Corticosteroid Addition Dermatitis And Its Effect On Skin Waterand Lipid Content

Objective:through the improving of the facial corticosteroid addition dermatitis(noxious heat syndrome)in patients with Chinese medicine symptoms,clinical symptoms and skin stratum corneum water and fat content,to observe the clinical effect of Qingre Jiedu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of noxious heat type facial corticosteroid addition dermatitis,and analysis of the party's legislative basis and pharmacological mechanism,objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Qingre Jiedu Decoction,and provide scientific basis for clinical practice.Methods:Western medicine for the diagnosis of facial corticosteroid addition dermatitis,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of toxic heat accumulation syndrome in 40 patients,according to the visiting sequence were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group and treatment group with 20 cases in each group,the two groups used the same basic treatment,in the first course of treatment,night oral levocetirizine 1 tablet,every morning external use the tinidazole gel 1 time,every night after cleansing,apply normal saline and topical use the 1%pimecrolimus cream 1 time;in the second course,every morning after cleansing,topical use vitamin E moisturizing ointment,every night after cleansing,topical use the 1%pimecrolimus cream 1 time;in the third course,daily morning and evening after cleansing,use the vitamin E moisturizing ointment;the treatment group use Qingre Jiedu recipe in addition.In the treatment of each group at 0/2/4/6 weeks of western medicine clinical symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine score curative effect,the skin stratum corneum water and lipid content test,and record adverse reactions.Every two weeks a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment,after the end of the recorded data using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the total clinical symptom score of the control group was 10.95±3.103,the total clinical symptom score of the treatment group was 9.10±1.917,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the score of TCM syndrome was 1.20±0.696 in the control group and 0.75±0.639 in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the total effective rate was 65%in the control group and 95%in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The serum lipid content in the control group was 48.85±4.221,58.20±3.592,and the skin lipid content in the treatment group was 48.95±3.900,60.55±3.576,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group Was 5%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 10%,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qingre Jiedu decoction and western medicine in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addition dermatitis(noxious heat syndrome)has a significant effect,and the effective rate is improved,safe and reliable,no obvious adverse reaction occurred.
