A Clinical Study Of The Chinese Medicine Mianbupiyantang In The Treatment Of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis And Its Influence On IgE

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Manbupiyantang in the treating FacialCorticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis, explore the therapy mechanism of ManbupiyantanginFCsAD.Method:60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30cases in treatment group, treated with Mianbupiyantang,30cases in control group,treated with Mizolastine,two groups were treating for4weeks （one week was one courseof treatment）. Each course observation records condition changes, Treatment after4weeks judge and effect on the influence of the IgE.Result: The treatment group healed rate was56.7%, the total effective rate was93.3%,the control group healed rate was30%, the total effective rate was83.3%, two groups ofcomparisons difference was statistically significant （P <0.05）.Conclusion: Manbupiyantang for treatment Facial Corticosteroid AddictiveDermatitis of Heat-toxic Chisheng Type.an definite effect and the recurrence rate is low,itsmechanism may be its anti-inflammatory and anti-allergy disease and resistance of themicrobial and antioxidant.
