The Clinical Research Of Trational Chinese Medicine Intervention In Diabetics Constipation

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine on diabetics constipations and the influence on patients'blood sugar.Method:Adopting the randomized controlled method,80 patients who conforms to the diagnostic criteria of diabetics constipations were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases respectively.The treatment group was given the foundation treatment and traditional Chinese medicine intervention,the control group was given the foundation treatment and Moser billy and Rhubard bicaronate of soda.The period of treatment of both groups was 1 month,and to observe 2 course of treatment.Compared two groups of patients with the overall curative effect,the syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,and the improvement of the Chinese medicine syndrome integral,the Bristol stool texture classification,the Wexner constipation score,the fasting plasma glucose and the glycosylated hemoglobin between two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The clinic studies show that:?There was not obvious difference of overall efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05),the treatment group's total effective rate(95.00%)of overall efficacy was slightly higher than that of the control group's(90.00%),so it was considered that the effects of the two groups were same.?The both groups had obvious decrease of the Chinese medicine syndrome integral after the treatment(P<0.01),the total score of the treatment group was lower than the control group after the treatment(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the treatment group's total effective rate(97.50%)of TCM syndrome curative effect was higher than that of the control group's(85.00%).?The both groups had obvious decrease of the Bristol stool texture classification and the Wexner constipation score after the treatment(P<0.01),but there was not significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),so it was considered that the effects of the two groups were same on these two aspects.?The treatment group had obvious decrease of the fasting plasma glucose and the glycosylated hemoglobin after the treatment(P<0.01),and the control group had not difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05),the fasting plasma glucose of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.01),and the glycosylated hemoglobin of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05),so it was seemed that the effect of treatment group was better than the control group in improving blood glucose.Conclusion:The treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve illness of diabetics constipations effectively,improve their clinical symptoms and faeces texture,and reduce their blood glucose,it can treat both symptoms and root causes.The effect of it was better than that of the combined treatment of Moser billy and Rhubard bicaronate of soda in relieving Chinese medicine syndrome integral and reducing blood glucose especially.
