Research On Clinical Experiences Summary Of Dr Xu Hai In The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis With Chai Hu Xian Xiong Soup

Purpose:Based on the clinical experiences of chronic gastritis for many years in Malaysia,the experiences of Dr.Xu Hai's clinical application of ChaihuXianxiong soup in treating chronic gastritis is carried out in the light of the characteristics of climate,geographical environment,eating and living habits of Malaysia.Strive to explore effective way and new method for the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis in Southeast Asia.Methods:A total of 51 cases of chronic gastritis cases were selected from the Koh&Koh TCM Centre in Johor,Malaysia,and 306 prescriptions were collected.Using Microsoft Office Excel for the entering medical records and the establishment of database,frequency distribution,cluster analysis and statistical analysis of Dr.Xu Hai treatment of Chronic Gastritis.Results:51 cases of 306 cases of medical cases,male patients in 31 cases,accounting for 60.78%of the total number of cases;20 cases of female patients,accounting for 39.22%of the total number of cases,male to female ratio of about 3/2;the largest age of 86 years old,the youngest 23 Year old,which the majority of patients in the middle age,accounting for 60.78%.In TCM diagnosis,22 symptoms of the total frequency of 467 times,according to frequency of the sort,get more than 15.00%of the symptoms of a total of 19,a total of 447 times the frequency of the total symptoms of 95.72%.Among them,the frequency more than 50.00%of the symptoms are:stomach fullness(51),stomach pain(46),chest tightness(39),belching acid(38),mouth bitter and dry(38),Fatigue(31),reduced diet(31).Tongue side:a total of 10 kinds of tongue and furred toungue,according to the frequency of the frequency of the sort,there are five kinds of tongue fur frequency above 10.00%,followed by times),Ban xia(242),Fu lin(232).According to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine can be divided into 12 categories.Drugs for regulating Qi flows use up to 1254 times,followed by discipating phlegm drugs,tonic medicine,respectively,845 and 736 times,the highest frequency of drugs are Chai hu,Huang qin,Gan cao,Da zao,Ban Xia,Fu lin,Bai zhu,Gualou Ren.The remaining drugs were arranged for the antipyredic drugs(512 times),digestane drugs(458 times),warm drugs(325),diuresis drugs(232),purgative drugs(98),antipyretic drugs(121)resuscitation drugs(64 times),anastaltic drugs(64).In 64 taste pf Chinese medicine spleen and stomach channel are the most,in turn is lungs,liver,large intestine,heart,kidney;flavors belonging to the order from high to low,followed by Sweet,Pungent,Bitter,Salt,Light;from the drug Four gas attribution point of view,the use of moderate warm drugs,followed by cold medicine,once again flat drug.Conclusion:1.Dr.Xu Hai using Chai hu xian xiong soup in the treatment of chronic gastritis more common in middle-aged patients.2.Dr.Xu Hai using Chai hu xian xiong soup treat chronic gastritis common clinical symptoms of stomach fullness,stomach pain,chest tightness,belching acid,mouth bitter and dry,fatigue,diet reduction;Tounge Red,with teeth marks,toungue fur thick yellow,toungue fur thin yellow moss;common pulse are string,smooth,speedy,slow.3.Dr.Xu hai treat chronic gastritis more common using antipyredic drugs,digestane drugs,warm drugs,diuresis drugs,purgative drugs,antipyretic drugs;spleen and stomach channel are the most used.The used of the higher frequency of drugs are chai hu,huang qin,gan cao,da zao,ban xia,bai zhu,gua lou ren.4.Dr.Xu hai academic ideology:Attach importance to the combination of
