Clinical Observation Of Wenweitie Acupoint Application In Treating Chronic Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenweitie acupoint application on chronic gastritis of splenogastric weak.Methods:60 patients who met the case selection criterion of chronic gastritis with splenogastric weak were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine combining acupoint application)and the control group(traditional Chinese medicine)with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application.Eight main symptoms integrals,including epigastric pain,fatigue,weakness,lack of warmth in the limbs,anorexia,inappetence,belching,abdominal distension,fear of cold and sloppy stool,of each patient were recorded before and after the treatment.Each patient of two groups made the gastroscopy again after a period of treatment of 8 weeks.We verified the clinical effects of the two groups through the statistical analysis of symptom scores,combined with the curativeefficacy of TCM syndrome and the gastroscopic curative effect.Results:(1)The total clinical symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before the treatment.There was a significant statistically difference in comparison(P<0.01).The total clinical symptom score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The cpmparison of the total clinical symptom score between the treatment group and the control group showed a significant statistically difference(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the single clinical symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly different in improving symptoms as epigastric pain,fatigue,weakness and lack of warmth in the limbs(P<0.01),which were statistical different in improving symptoms as anorexia,inappetence and belching(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the single clinical symptom scores of the treatment group showed no statistical difference in improving symptoms as abdominal distension,fear of cold and sloppy stool(P>0.05).After the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the gastroscopic score of the two groups.(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine combining acupoint application(96.7%)was higher than that of the group treated with traditional Chinese medicine(80%).(2)Neither the treatment group nor the control group appeared any adverse reactions.Conclusion:The treatment of Wenweitie acupoint application on chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency could effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms(especially epigastric pain,fatigue,weakness and lack of warmth in the limbs)of the patients.In summary,Wenweitie acupoint application had a good value in clinical application.
