Objective: This research collected clinical data of 127 patients with reflux esophagitis(RE).By studying the general data of RE patients, the distribution of TCM syndromes differentiation and its relationship with esophageal mucosal endoscopy,Hp(Helicobacter pylori,Helicobacter pylori)Infection, and so on,to provide a more objective and scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,so as to make the TCM dialectical system more standardized and objective, and to understand the pathogenesis and development of RE better. Methods: This research recruited a total of 127 patients with reflux esophagitis in The Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from March to December,2016.Collected the four diagnostic data of patients with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification, endoscopic endoscopy data and HP infection information, and to carry out RE epidemiological investigation,The relationship between TCM syndromes of RE and esophageal mucosa,Hp infection and so on was analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. All the patients were collected and analyzed by the gastroscopy. The data of gastroscopy and HP infection were obtained. The epidemiological investigation of RE was carried out.The relationship between TCM syndromes of RE and esophageal mucosa,Hp infection was analyzed by SPSS20.0.result: 1.There are 76 men and 51 women,59.8% of men and 40.2% of women. The ratio of male to female was 1.57: 1,of which the oldest was 77 years old and the youngest was 22 years old.The average age was 52.85 ± 12.39 years,Male incidence of this disease is higher than women, and middle-aged men are more prone to cause more and more emotional and diet section, duration of more than 1 year, accounting for41.7%.2.RE distribution of TCM classification: liver-stomach disharmony type(36.2%)>stagnant heat in the liver and stomach type(26.0%)> damp heat of spleen and stomach type(20.5%)> deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type(11.8%)>stagnation phlegm resistance type(5.5%).Most of the disease with heat syndrome,evidence-based.3.RE Chinese medicine type of age distribution are different, stagnant heat in the liver and stomach type and Damp heat of spleen and stomach type onset age is younger, more common in middle-aged,middle-aged,more common in the virtual gas inverse type older patients. There are differences in the course of the TCM syndromes. The course of the three types of liver-stomach disharmony, stagnant heat in the liver and stomach type and damp heat of spleen and stomach type are shorter, and deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type and stagnation phlegm resistance type are longer. There is no statistically significant difference in gender between TCM syndromes.4.RE classification and endoscopic classification are related, deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type in the greater degree of esophageal mucosal damage.5.The distribution of endoscopic findings: There is a significant difference between RE type and esophageal erosion, among which the ratio of damp heat of spleen and stomach type esophagus erosion was the highest, and there is statistically significant difference with other 4 types. There is significant difference between the TCM types and Barrett 's esophagus, and the number of deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type is the largest among all the patients. There is no statistically significant difference between TCM type and esophageal ulcer in this study.6.RE of all types of Chinese medicine with atrophic gastritis, esophageal hiatal hernia, gastrointestinal reflux is not statistically significant. However, the number of liver-stomach disharmony type, stagnant heat in the liver and stomach type of gastrointestinal reflux accounted for 35.3%,29.4%,and liver-related syndrome of more than half, with a certain reference value.Conclusion:1.Male incidence of RE is higher than women, and middle-aged men are more prone to cause more and more emotional and diet section, duration of more than 1year.2.RE distribution of TCM classification: liver-stomach disharmony type(36.2%)>stagnant heat in the liver and stomach type(26.0%)> damp heat of spleen and stomach type(20.5%)> deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type(11.8%)>stagnation phlegm resistance type(5.5%).Most of the disease with heat syndrome,evidence-based.3.RE Chinese medicine type of age distribution are different,RE Chinese medicine type of course distribution are different,There is no statistically significant difference in gender between TCM syndromes.4.RE classification and endoscopic classification are related, deficiency and countercurrent of Qi type in the greater degree of esophageal mucosal damage.5.There is a significant difference between RE type and esophageal erosion and there is significant difference between the TCM types and Barrett 's esophagus, there is no statistically significant difference between TCM type and esophageal ulcer in this study.6.In this study,Hp infection rate(60.6%)of patients with RE,compared with other gastric Hp infection rate is low,RE Chinese medicine type and Hp infection was not statistically significant difference, but the heat syndrome, evidence of Hp infection detection rate is high, value.
