| Objective: To investigate the correlation between TCM syndrome type of reflux esophagitis and Helicobacter pylori infection and gastroscopy results.Methods: This study took patients with reflux esophagitis as the research object.The cases were from February 2019 to January 2020.The newly admitted patients in the Department of Gastroenterology and the Department of Gastroenterology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine For example,collect its general information,TCM syndromes,tongue veins,Hp infection and gastroscopy results,and statistically analyze the data.Results: In this study of 191 patients with reflux esophagus,the ratio of men to women was 1.27:1.The age of onset was mostly in the middle-aged and elderly.The incidence of middle-aged and elderly people was similar,and there was no significant difference in gender and age in TCM syndromes(P>0.05).In the included cases,the cause of the onset of the patients was mostly dietary factors,and they tended to prefer spicy,sour and sweet foods.stagnant heat in liver and stomach is the main distribution pattern of RE in traditional Chinese medicine,and the results show that the distribution of different syndrome types of RE is different from that of esophageal mucosa(P<0.05).Of the 191 cases of esophagitis,43 cases were infected with Hp,and the infection rate was22.5%.The infection rate decreased with the severity of esophagitis,but there was no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05),There is no significant difference in syndrome distribution between Hp(+)and Hp(-)(P>0.05).Stomach erosion is more common in patients with esophagitis under gastroscopy.There is no difference between the different TCM syndromes under gastroscopy and other complications under endoscopy(P>0.05).Conclusion: Different TCM syndrome types are related to endoscopic esophageal mucosa grading,which can reflect the degree of esophageal mucosa damage to a certain extent. |
