| Objective:To study the different imaging features of MPP patients,and their distribution in different age groups;to investigate the change of immune function in children with acute MPP;to observe the clinical effects of MPP patients using Huaiqihuang Granules as the adjuvant treatment.Methods:A total of 100 children in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study,the age of the patients were from 0 to 12.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.According to the difference of chest imaging,the MPP group and the lobular MPP group were divided into two groups:the imaging changes of children with MPP and their distribution in all age groups were analyzed.The immune function of children with MPP was analyzed by immunological function,and the results were analyzed.The immunological changes of MPP in children with MP infection were investigated.The patients with MPP were divided into Huaiqi yellow group and control group.The two groups of children were given routine macrolide anti-infective treatment during hospitalization.Only Huaiqihuang group was discharged from children After the treatment of Huaiqihuang granule for 3 months,and the first month and the third month of all MPP children were followed up and the total number of people suffering from respiratory tract infection was recorded.By comparing the infection rate,And then observe the clinical efficacy of Huaiqihuang on children with MPP.ResultAmong the 100 MPP children who met the inclusion criteria,there were 24 cases of infants and young children,accounting for 24%;43 cases of preschool children,accounting for 43%;33 cases of school-age children,accounting for 33%;37 cases of large leaf MPP,Accounting for 37%;lobular MPP 63 cases,accounting for 63%;of which 37 cases of lobular MPP children,infants and young children in 5 cases,accounting for 13.51%;15 preschool children,Accounting for 40.54%;school age children in 17 cases,accounting for 45.94%;in 63 cases of lobular MPP children,infants and young children in 20 cases,accounting for 31.75%;pre-school children in 27 cases,accounting for 42.86%;16-year-old children,accounting for 25.40%.Among the 48 children who met the inclusion criteria and had immunological function,35(72.92%)had abnormal immune function.Among the children with abnormal immune function,there were 23 abnormalities in humoral immune function Rate of 65.71%;cell immune dysfunction in 5 cases,the abnormal rate of 14.29%;humoral immune mixed cell immune function abnormalities in 7 cases,the abnormal rate of 20%.Among the 48 children with immunological tests,18 had laryngeal pneumonia,13 had abnormal immune function,5 had normal,had an abnormal rate of 72.22%,and 30 had lobular pneumonia,Abnormal function of 28 cases,there are 2 cases of normal,the abnormal rate of 76.67%.The The difference of immune function between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Among the 48 MPP children who met the inclusion criteria and were tested for serum immunoglobulin,there were 1 case(1.48%)and 9%(18.75%),the abnormal rate was 20.83%,and IgA decreased Of the 19 cases,accounting for 39.58%,increased in 0 cases;IgM cells increased in 12 cases,accounting for 25%,decreased in 0 cases,accounting for 25%,the abnormal rate of 25%.There were 5 cases(10.4%)with the proportion of CD3 cells in 48 cases with MPP,and 0 cases with low percentage of CD4 cells,There were 3 cases(3%)with a decrease in CD4/CD8 cell ratio in 1 case,accounting for 2%;Among the 100 MPP children who met the inclusion criteria,there were 58 patients in the Huaiqihuang group and 42 cases in the control group.In the first month after treatment,there were 6 people infected with Huaiqi Yellow Group,52 patients without infection,the infection rate was 10.3%;the control group had 24 people infected,18 had no infection,the infection rate Was 57.1%.Huaiqi yellow group was significantly lower than the control group,the chi-square test,P<0.01,the difference was significant,statistically significant.In the third month after injury,there were 3 people infected with Huaiqihuang group and 55 patients without infection.The infection rate was 5.2%.There were 15 infected people in the control group and 27 patients without infection.The infection rate was 35.7%.Huaiqi yellow group was significantly lower than the control group,the chi-square test,P<0.01,the difference was significant,statistically significant.Conclusion1.MPP imaging changes and the age of children there is a certain relationship between infants and young children and pre-school children with lobular MPP changes;school-age children with lobular MPP changes mainly.ith MP infection after the abnormal immune function between the comparison,P>0.05,the difference was not significant,no statistical significance.2.Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can cause organism-specific immune dysfunction,which mainly in the acute phase of humoral immune disorders,cellular immunity has also been a certain change.3.Chinese medicine Huaiqihuang granules in the treatment of Mycoplasma
