ObjectiveThe therapeutic effect of budesonide combined with recombinant human interferon a lb inhalation in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia was studied.MethodsFrom November 2017 to November 2018,120 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae diagnosed with mycoplasma pneumoniae over 5 years old(5-14 years old)were randomly divided into 3 groups:1 control group(group A)40 cases;2 budeina De group(group B),40 cases;3 budesonide+recombinant human interferon a 1 b group(group C),40 cases.A group of children were given azithromycin for anti-infection,and given cough and phlegm and antipyretic symptomatic treatment.Group B was given budesonide inhalation on the basis of group A,and group B was combined with budesonide and recombinant interferon a lb for inhalation.After 1 week of continuous treatment,compare the clinical symptom relief,clinical efficacy,inflammatory index(C-reactive protein CRP,eosinophil EOS,lactate dehydrogenase index level LDH),humoral immunity(IgA,IgM,IgG),changes in lung function(time vital capacity FVC,forced expiratory volume in 1 second,FEV1,1 second rate FEV1/FVC).Results1.Comparison of clinical symptom relief in children with group A,B and C:After 1 week of treatment,group B and C were significantly better than group A in terms of heat withdrawal,cough relief and disappearance of lung rales(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the improvement of group C was more significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy of children in groups A,B and C:After treatment for 1 week,group A was effective in 14 cases(35.0%),effective in 17 cases(42.5%),ineffective in 9 cases(22.5%),and total effective rate was 77.5.%,group B was effective in 22 cases(55.0%),effective in 16 cases(40.0%),ineffective in 2 cases(5.0%),total effective rate was 95.0%,group C was effective in 33 cases(82.5%),effective in 6 cases(15.0%)1 case was ineffective(2.5%),the total effective rate was 97.5%,the total effective rate in group B and group C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in group C was higher(P<0.05).Learning meaning.3.Comparison of inflammatory indexes in children with A,B and C:There was no significant difference in CRP,EOS and LDH between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were statistical differences between group A(P<0.05)and group B(P<0.05),group C(P<0.05).Compared with group A,group B and C were compared.The peripheral blood CRP,EOS and LDH in the group were significantly decreased,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with group B,the decrease in group C was more significant than that in group B(P<0.05).4.Comparison of humoral immunity(IgA,IgM,IgG)in children with A,B and C:There was no significant difference in IgA,IgM and IgG between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After I week of treatment,IgA in 3 groups.IgM decreased,IgG increased,and the difference was statistically significant.Before and after treatment in group A(P<0.05),group B before and after treatment(P<0.05),group C before and after treatment(P<0.05)showed significant differences,and group B and group C changes compared with group A The difference was significant(p<0.05),and the change in group C was more significant than that in group B(P<0.05).5.Comparison of lung function changes in children with group A,B and C:There were no significant differences in FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 week of treatment,3 groups of FVC and FEV1 Both FEV1/FVC increased significantly.Before and after treatment in group A(P<0.05),before and after treatment in group B(P<0.05),before and after treatment in group C(P<0.05),the difference was significant.The improvement of group B and group C was better than that of group A(P<0.05),and the improvement of group C was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The difference was significant.ConclusionIn the treatment of children with pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia,budesonide combined with recombinant human interferon a lb inhalation can effectively shorten the time of fever,the time of cough relief and the disappearance of lung sputum on the basis of conventional anti-infective treatment.It has obvious resistance.The inflammatory effect can improve lung function in a short time,has good clinical curative effect,reduces treatment cost and requires only a simple procedure,and is worthy of clinical application.
