| Objective:To explored the theoretical implications of the treatment of chronic nephritis in the spleen and stomach.To summarized the clinical experience of the treatment of chronic nephritis in the spleen and stomach.Methods:by consulting a large number of literatures,this paper tutor’s theory and clinical experience,and methods of typical cases,from two aspects of theory and clinical practice to explore the experience summary of albuminuria treated from spleen and stomach.The main content is divided into the literature review and the experience summary two parts.(1)literature review including chronic nephritis albuminuria research of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine research two parts(2)the experience summarized from the theory basis of spleen and stomach differentiation proteinuria,Shengyang Yiwei decoction treatment the curative effect of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria mechanism and clinical experience.Results:1.From the spleen and stomach treatment chronic nephritis albuminuria theory on the basis of fully:(1)the taste is human body lift,hub,opening and closing department,cardinal disadvantageous can make kidney albuminuria,regulate spleen and stomach can make human body down back to normal,jet flow and proteinuria since the check.(2)chronic nephritis is a kind of correlation immune disease,the experimental study confirmed that"spleen" of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine is closely related to the immune function,regulate spleen and stomach can enhance immunity.The effectiveness of the treatment of chronic nephroproteinuria in the treatment of chronic nephritis is a positive effect.Conclusion:from the spleen and stomach,it has a better theoretical basis.It is reliable to treat chronic nephritis in the treatment of chronic nephritis.The application of the theory of spleen and stomach theory in kidney disease embodies the general idea of Chinese medicine and the basic idea of dialectic. |
