Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy,to evaluate the effectiveness of this therapy, and to improve the treatment of DPN.Methods:60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups according to the admission criteria. The patients were treated with acupuncture combined with pricking blood group(treatment group)with a total of 30 cases and conventional acupuncture group(control group)with a total of 30 cases. The two groups underwent the same basic treatment, the treatment group with acupuncture and well acupoint bloodletting with three edged needle, and acupuncture point selection:Baxie,Qi uxu,Zulinqi,Jinggu,Bafeng points and so on;the control group treated with acupuncture and acupoints are the same as the treatment group.Observed before and after treatment, contrast MNSI integrals integral of TCM symptoms of DPN patients, and compared before and after treatment of the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve and sural nerve conduction velocity changes in the data, according to statistics, further deepen the understanding of the conclusion of the study.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7%and 63.3%respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05)2.The symptoms of both groups were relieved, and the symptom scores decreased after treatment, but the score of TCM syndrome in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.0 1)3.MNSI(Michigan neuropathy screening method)points have(?)reased, after treatment, the control group MNSI score less than the treatment group(P<0.01)4.The motor nerve conduction velocity of tibia]nerve and peroneal nerve in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)5.The sensory nerve conduction velocity of the sural nerve in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy and conventional acupuncture two methods of treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy have a certain effect.2.Acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy than conventional acupuncture can be better.
