Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Held by the observation of acupuncture yangming meridian acupoints in clinical curative effect of diabetic lower extremity peripheral neuropathy, preliminary discussion on its mechanism, to evaluate the method in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical advantages and application value, for diabetic lower extremity peripheral neuropathy caused by effective, further treatment approaches.Methods:All the cases were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected according to the inclusion criteria, random grouping method, will be divided into the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases, two groups were given the same basic treatment program:monitor blood sugar; two groups of conventional diet control plus oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin control of blood glucose, fasting blood glucose control in 6~8mmol/L, postprandial blood glucose in 11.1mmol/L following and stable for one week; oral administration of Methycobal——adult first time 1 (0.5mg),3 times a day. Treatment group was treated with basic treatment, acupuncture yangming meridian acupoints combined with mild moxibustion, four courses of treatment were observed. The control group was treated with basic therapy, and the control group was treated with acupuncture, take acupuncture point in the new century, the second edition of the textbook "acupuncture and moxibustion".In recent years, there have been many studies reported that the Toronto clinical neuropathy scoring system (TCSS), as an effective screening and efficacy evaluation tool applied in clinical. Application of TCSS score in this topic and evaluation of nerve conduction velocity (NCV), clinical therapeutic effect.Results:1. Before and after treatment in two groups of TCSS patients with diabetic lower extremity peripheral neuropathy score, nerve conduction velocity changes, clinical symptoms were improved, by statistical analysis, the treatment group and the control group compare in the group(P< 0.01);and there was significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05), which had statistical significance.2. The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Held by acupuncture yangming meridian acupoints in diabetic patients with lower extremity peripheral neuropathy of nerve conduction velocity, clinical symptoms and signs were improved.2. Yangming acupoint acupuncture is one of the effective methods for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower limbs.
