Clinical Observation Of Foot Gangrene Of Yinhuang Lotion Impregnation Method In The Treatment Of Diabetes

Objective:Through the theory of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on skin as a guide,according to the degree of wound ulceration,observation of Yinhuang lotion impregnation treatment of dampness heat toxic type diabetic foot gangrene wet treatment effect,effectively grasp the treatment of diabetic foot disease wet gangrene of the safety and reliability,and provide valuable reference for Chinese medicine abroad treatment of diabetic foot disease.Methods:A randomized control method,42 cases of wet heat Sheng type wet gangrene of diabetes foot were randomly divided into treatment group of 21 cases,21 cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated with Yinhuang lotion impregnation method treatment,the control group with Kangfuxin routine treatment,once a day,28 days for a course of treatment.The wound area,wound depth,granulation growth,wound exudation,pain and the changes of WBC,NE%and CRP in the whole blood were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Digital camera was used to record the change of ulcer surface before and after treatment,and the wound area,necrotic tissue area and granulation tissue area were calculated by Image J image analysis software.The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software.Results:The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the exudation of pus,wound surface area,wound depth,granulation growth and pain,the difference was statistically significant.The decrease of WBC,NE%and CRP in the treatment group ran through the whole course of treatmentConclusion:Yinhuang lotion can promote the recovery of wound surface,mainly in the exudation of pus,the effect of Zhou Hongzhong,wound temperature and pain.
