Objective:Through the summary and comparative study of the cases included in the clinic, the clinical curative effect of detoxification lotion combined with lavage negative pressure technique in treating damp heat type diabetic foot was observed, and the detoxification lotion combined with lavage negative pressure technique was clinically used to treat diabetic foot.Advantages,to provide a reference for comprehensive clinical treatment of diabetic foot in the future. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,60 inpatients of vascular departments around Pingdingshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the admission order. The general clinical data of the patients were recorded and the white blood cells and C were observed.Changes in levels of reactive protein(C-rReactive Protein),reduction rate of wound surface, number of dressing changes, and scores of local symptom scores before and after treatment were analyzed. The clinical effects of detoxification lotion combined with lavage and negative pressure technique on damp-heat type diabetic foot were analyzed.Result: 1.Comparing the local symptom scores of the two groups: After the treatment, the symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. The results were calculated by statistical software,P<0.05,statistically significant.2.Comparison of WBC and CRP levels between the two groups: The WBC and CRP levels after treatment in both groups showed a downward trend, but the treatment group showed a significantly lower trend than the control group, and the values of the two groups after treatment were P<0.05.Clinically significant.3.Comparison of dressing times and wound reduction ratios after treatment in the two groups: In the same treatment course, the treatment group had fewer dressing changes than the control group, and the wound reduction rate was higher than that of the control group. In comparison,P<0.01,with clinically statistical significance;4.Two groups of total effective treatment group: cured in 8 cases, accounting for 26.67%,markedly effective in 17 cases, accounting for 56.67%,effective in 4 cases, accounting for 13.33%,invalid in 1 case, accounting for 3.33%,total effective rate 96.67%;control group:4 cases were cured, accounting for 13.33%,9 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 30.00%,14 cases were effective, accounting for 46.67%,3 cases were invalid, accounting for 10.00%,and the overall efficiency was 90%.5.The values of safety test results of various types of judgement after treatment in the two groups were basically in the normal category, and no adverse events occurred. Conclusion: After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 90% in the control group. The WBC and CRP levels in the treatment group were lower and the wound reduction rate was higher than that in the control group. The local symptom scores and the number of dressing changes were higher in the ulcer group. It was lower than the control group. In the course of treatment, there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators of the two groups and no adverse events occurred.
