Purpose: Observe the Dampness heat toxic syndrome of Diabetic foot three phase partition principle is feasible in clinic, explore the clinical curative effect and the best medicine period of Diabetic foot lotion,oil ointment,Efficiency ointment and Qing Mai Kang lotion. In order to further explore the reasonable, effective and economic method for the treatment of diabetic foot, establish guided by the traditional theory of TCM, and effective clinical treatment, shorten the course of diabetic foot and relieve patients’ pain and personal economic burden.Material and method:Choose 2014.02.05 to 2015.01.27 Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine university affiliated hospital during vascular surgery in hospital patients, according to the clinical manifestations of the diabetic foot is divided into acute stage, remission and recovery, according to different period with different internal and external treatment. By observing the patients’ wound size, the depth of the wound, wound drainage, limb swelling degree, the changes of granulation tissue changes such as to judge the curative effect.Results: 1.Clinical observation study, the total effective rate 93.8%, the curative effect. 2. After treatment, patients’ wound size, the depth of the wound, wound drainage situation, limb swelling degree, granulation growth situation has improved significantly, P<0.05, with statistical significance. 3.Ulcer disease, low grade, light person treatment effect ulcer grade is high, the condition is obviously better than the person that weigh, P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in installment on Dampness heat toxic syndrome of Diabetic foot to improve systemic symptom and local symptoms caused by infection and has good curative effect.
