Clinical Curative Effect And Safety Observation Of Type ? Diabetes Treated By Mitiglinide Calcium Tablets

Objective:With nateglinide tablets(starlix)for comparison,evaluation of mitiglinide calcium tablets clinical efficacy and safety for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Method:This study selected 56 patients with type 2 diabetes,random 56 patients were divided into trial group and control group,trial group 28 cases(n = 28),control group 28 cases(n = 28).Trial group given mitiglinide calcium tablets 16 weeks,two tablets each time,three times a day;Control group given nateglinide tablets 16 weeks,one tablet each time,three times a day.Determination two groups patients of the following index before and after treatment: Hb A1c(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c),FPG(Fasting plasma glucose),PPG1(blood sugar after meal 1 hour),PPG2(blood sugar after meal 2 hours),FINS(fasting insulin),one hour after the meal insulin,two hour after the meal insulin,fasting plasma c-peptide,postprandial 1 hour c-peptide,postprandial 2 hours c-peptide.Compared clinical effect and medication safety of two groups of patients with mitiglinide calcium tablets treatment of type 2 diabetes.Results:After treatment of the mitiglinide calcium tablets and nateglinide tablets 16 weeks,the HbA1c(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c),FPG(Fasting plasma glucose),PPG1(blood sugar after meal 1 hour),PPG2(blood sugar after meal 2 hours),FINS(fasting insulin),one hour after the meal insulin,two hour after the meal insulin,fasting plasma c-peptide,postprandial 1 hour c-peptide,postprandial 2 hours c-peptide compared with before treatment were significantly lower,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The incidence of adverse events and adverse reaction is low,therefore,oral mitiglinide calcium tablets treatment of type 2 diabetes in clinic is a safe and effective way.Conclusion:This research shows that the treatment by using mitiglinide calcium tablets on diabetes mellitus type 2,reducing glycosylated hemoglobin,blood sugar one hour after meal,blood sugar two hours after meal,fasting insulin,insulin one hour after meal,insulin two hour s after meal,Fasting C-peptide,Fasting c-peptide one hour after meal and Fasting c-peptide two hours after meal is similar to that nateglinide tablets.The mitiglinide calcium tablets is curative effect precise and security,is worth popularizing in patients with type 2 diabetes.
