Pharmacodynamics Study Of Liangfuwan Pill On Experimental Gastric Ulcer Model Rats

Objective:To observe the effects of Liangfu pills on four kinds of experimental gastric ulcer model rats and to clear the effects of Liangfu pills on four kinds of gastric ulcer model rats.Then observe the effect of Liangfu pills on experimental gastric ulcer,and to explore the mechanism of Lianga pills against experimental gastric ulcer.Methods:Four kinds of gastric ulcer model including model of pyloric ligation,water immersion-restraint stress,indomethacin and acetic acid daub in rats were used to study the effects of Liangfu pills on four experimental gastric ulcer models in the first stage of the experiment.Each model is divided into 3 groups:Liangfu pills group,model group and positive control group in first step,and the ulcer healing rate was measured by observing the pathological changes of the gastric tissue,measuring the ulcer index and calculating the ulcer healing rate.The first step of this experiment is to find Liangfu pills have the best control effect on water immersion-restraint stress gastric ulcer Rats.The rats were divided into 6 groups:high,medium and low dose group,model group,blank control group,positive control group in second step,in order to investigate the effect of Liangfu pills against water immersion-restraint stress gastric ulcer was studied in this experiment.The second step of this experiment is to find Liangfu pills high dose group have the best control effect on water immersion-restraint stress gastric ulcer Rats by the ulcer healing rate was measured by observing the pathological changes of the gastric tissue,measuring the ulcer index and calculating the ulcer healing rate.To observe the mechanism of Liangfu pills on water immersion-restraint stress gastric ulcer In the second stage.Rats was divided into 4 groups:blank positive group,Liangfu pills group,model group and positive control group.After 4 days of preventive administration,The contents of SOD,MDA,NO in serum,and 5-HT brain tissue were measured.The rate of ulcer healing was measured by measuring the ulcer healing rate.Results:Liangfu pills has the effects of preventing and reduce the occurrence of gastric ulcer in rats with pyloric ligation and water immersion-restraint stress models of gastric ulcer compared with model group(p<0.01).prevention and treatment effect on type of water immersion-restraint stress is better.And Liangfu pills on the water immersion-restraint stress rats with gastric ulcer inhibition rate is higher.The high dose group and the positive control group could significantly reduce the ulcer index(p<0.01),and the effect was better than the middle and low dose group.The levels of NO and SOD of the rats were significantly higher than those in the model group(p<0.05,p<0.01),and the levels of MDA in the serum and 5-HT in brain tissue were significantly lower than those in the model group(p<0.05,p<0.01).Conclusions:1.Liangfu pills have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on gastric ulcer of pyloric ligation rats and water immersion-restraint stress.2.The effect of Liangfu pills on the gastric ulcer of rats with water immersion-restraint stress was better than that of Liangfu pill medium and low dose group.3.The mechanism of the healing of gastric ulcer in rats with Liangfu pills promoting water immersion-restraint stress may increase the content of SOD and NO in the serum of rats,decrease the content of serum MDA and 5-HT in brain tissue to achieve.
