| Objective:To observe the warm acupuncture combined with treatment of senile kidney essence loss tinnitus deafness 1 clinical curative effect,treatment of senile tinnitus to provide more effective solutions and means.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine,selecting from January 2015 to December 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of TCM ent clinic,and of 70 cases of senile tinnitus patients eligible for inclusion(both for single ear infection),random matching,open-label contrast method,the selected cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 35 cases.Observation group(needle medicine and)warm acupuncture treatment with oral Chinese medicine deafness during 1,the control group(Chinese medicine)during treatment of oral deaf no.1.In 10 days for a period of treatment,observation,three treatment record results and statistical analysis.All data analysis are conducted in the SPSS 17.0 software.Results:1.The observation group 3 cases got cure,17 cases were markedly effective,effective in 3,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 77.14%;In the control group cure 1 cases,9 cases had marked effect,effectively and 13 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 65.71%,the Ridit analysis,two group total effective rate had significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.2.Observation group before and after treatment the symptoms integral number,New Year’s eve frequency using nonparametric test,the rest of the main symptoms and signs the integration by t test,symptom integral difference before and after the treatment,in addition to the tinnitus,the rest of the P values>0.05,shows that temperature on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with 1 to improve the symptoms of tinnitus deafness curative effect is remarkable.3.Observation group and control group in the treatment of 10 days later,upon examination,P<0.05,that is,in the treatment of 10 days later,the observation group of drugs for the improvement of the range of symptoms and signs were better than the control group.Conclusion:the study showed that warm acupuncture combined with type 1 for elderly kidney essence loss tinnitus deafness curative effect,the curative effect of elderly kidney essence loss tinnitus or overall curative effect before and after the treatment,the needle medicine and is superior to pure Chinese medicine group. |
