Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sensorineural Tinnitus (Kidney Essence Loss Type) By

Purpose:To evaluate efficacy, safety and compliance of treatments by observing ascend lucidity acupuncture method and conventional acupuncture method effect on sensorineural tinnitus due to loss of kidney essence type.Methods:Under the rigorous randomized controlled clinical trial,72 patients whose situation matches the standard that we need were divided into 2 groups (The treatment group and control group).Result:1. The two groups in gender, age, duration and compare the age distribution, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; before and after treatment tinnitus severity classification, the symptom scores and overall scores, P>0.05, the difference no statistically significant; THI scores between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.2. After the treatment is completed, the two groups were compared before and after treatment in the group:the tinnitus symptom score, the overall score and the THI score, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.3. After the treatment is completed, the two groups before and after treatment were compared between the groups:tinnitus environment and impact on the lives and work of two, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant; tinnitus duration, the impact of sleep on emotional impact of tinnitus patients overall feeling 4, P<0.05, significant difference; total tinnitus score Integra, P<0.05, significant difference; THI score, P<0.05, the difference statistical significance.4. Total efficacy evaluation:the treatment group recovered 11 cases,17 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,3 cases, the total efficiency of 91.43%; control group, six cases cured, effective in 13 cases,10 cases,5 cases, there is always efficiency of 85.29%.Conclusion:1. Ascending lucidity acupuncture and conventional acupuncture for sensorineural tinnitus (loss of kidney essence type) have a good effect.2. Ascending lucidity acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture.
