Clinical Observation Of Eliminating Pathogenic Factor From Moyuan Therapy In Cure The COPD Associated With Chronic Cor Pulmonale Arrythmia Sequentially

Objective:Treatment of COPD related chronic pulmonary heart disease with arrhythmia during the remission period by pathogen hidden in Moyuan,by eliminating pathoges combined with decoction,pill sequential control the disease,through the expulsion of pathoges,tonic vital qi,cure of the disease.Method:A total of 38 cases were included in the standard cases,including 20 males and 18 females,aged 59-76 years,mean age(68.55 ± 4.27)years.The disease remission period is divided into two stages of attacking the sick stage and tonic vital qi stage,attacking the sick stage(Week 1-4),eliminating pathogenic factor from Moyuan,promoting blood circulation anddredging collaterals,and tonic vital qi,treatment with decoction,drink withginger soup,tow times one day.Tonic vital qi stage(Week 5-24),emphasis on boosting cardiopulmonary,expelling pathogen and gentle collaterals,treatment with pill,three times one day,chewing with the ginger soup.To observe the TCM syndrome integral,Holter examination HRV analysis results as indicators of clinical observation,analyzing the situation of condition improved by the patients themselves before and after treatment.Results:Patients were not significant differences in gender and age,TCM syndrome integral curative effect evaluation,by statistical analysis,significant difference was found in the scores before treatment,after treatment(P<0.05),the overall efficiency of 81.58%,HRV level significantly increased,the statistical analysis of significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After eliminating pathogenic factor from moyuan therapy in cure the COPD associated with chronic cor pulmonale arrhythmia sequnentially,patients’ TCM syndrome integral.2.After eliminating pathogenic factor from moyuan therapy in cure the COPD associated with chronic cor pulmonale arrhythmia sequnentially,patients’ arrhythmia is clearly improving.3.Aftereliminating pathogenic factor from moyuan therapy in cure the COPD associated with chronic cor pulmonale arrhythmia sequnentially,HRV level were significantly improved.
