Objective:Investigating the clinical efficay of wugongtuodupill combined pricking blood with cupping for treating Quiescent psoriasis Vulgaris(syndrome of blood stasis).Methods:76 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into two groups according to the randomized group.38 patients in the treatment group and 38 patients in the control group.Treatment group were treated with oral medicine wugongtuodupill combined With pricking blood with cupping.Control group was given oral chinese medicine Yujinyinxuepill.Two groups were 2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The PASI score was recorded before and 6 weeks after treatment.The efficacy was evaluated by comparing the lesion area and severity index of psoriasis.The occurrence of adverse events was recorded and the safety was evaluated.Result:Afte 6 weeks of treatment,the PASI score of the two groups was significantly different from that of the traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.7%,the clinical recovery was 12 Cases,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 8 cases,2 cases.The total effective rate was 73.7%in the control group,10 cases were clinically cured,8 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1."wugongtudupill" combined with bloodletting and cupping treatment of psoriasis patients at the quiescent stage of clinical symptoms improved significantly.2."centipede poison pill" combined with pricking blood cupping treatment of psoriasis at rest,high safety,low recurrence rate,is an effective method for the treatment of psoriasis at rest.
