Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood Stasis Syndrome By Promoting Blood Circulation And Opening Xuan Method

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of Zigui Pingfu ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome).Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of psoriasis vulgaris and the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris(blood stasis syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of Huoxue Jiedu Decoction,the treatment group was given Zigui Pingfu ointment for external use,and the control group was given Keyin ointment.The course of treatment was 6 weeks,the PASI scores and the security of the drugs were observed every 2weeks.The statistical data were processed using SPSS 20.0 statistical software.RESULTS : 60 patients completed the study,each group had 30 patients.Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in gender,age,and duration of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).The result of the cooperation of the PASI scores before and after treatment wasP*=0.000,which had significance(P<0.05),indicating that drugs of both groups had significant effects.There was no significant difference in PASI scores between the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks of the treatment(P> 0.05),P=0.000 after 6 weeks of treatment,which was statistically significant,indicating that the efficacy of ZiguipPingfu ointment was significantly better than that of Keyin ointment after 6 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group,60.00% in the control group;and the recurernce rate was 11.54% in the treatment group,and 16.67% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Zigui Pingfu Ointment and Keyin Ointment have curative effect on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome.After 6 weeks of treatment,Zigui Pingfu cream is better than Keyin cream,with low recurrence rate and high drug safety.The research proves that the efficacy of Zigui Pingfu Ointment in the treatment of blood stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris is worthy of recognition and can be promoted clinically.
