Psoriasis,Chinese medicine called "Baibi",The typical skin lesions are characterized by red papules or plaques accompanied by multilayer silvery white scales,for the chronic course of the disease,can be a lifelong break out repeatedly.Currently the disease pathogenesis is not fully elucidated,clinical data reported the disease has a tendency to family.An epidemiological survey of psoriasis,the prevalence rate was 0.123%in 1984.Epidemiology in 2008 showed that the prevalence of the disease increased by 0.47%.The prevalence rate is on the rise.It is found that most of the patients with psoriasis have different degrees of depressive symptoms and have negative effects on both the body and the psychology of the patients.For the treatment of psoriasis,Chinese and western medicine are explicitly distinguishing feature each,they all achieved gratifying results.There are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.Application of Chinese herbal medicine hydrotherapeutics convenient and effective,very few adverse reactions in clinical,has its unique superiority,this method can not only ensure the curative effect,easy to patients at the same time,the treatment play an important role in clinical.tretinoin cream as psoriasis commonly used medicines,curative effect,my tutor has used the ziniliangxuexiaobifang in the clinical more than 30 years,In the early stage,it has been proved to be safe and effective in clinical research,but there is still no support for experimental data.The clinical efficacy of Western medicine topical paste needs to be further explored.Objective:This topic by comparing ziniliangxuexiaobifang with hydrotherapeutics and tretinoin cure blood heat syndrome psoriasis vulgaris,to explore ziniliangxuexiaobifang with hydrot-herapeutics to assess the efficacy and safety of treating psoriasis have definite,reveals the traditional Chinese medicine and therapy for the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:From April 2017 to January 2017,from voluntary to participate in this topic in patients with psoriasis,screening of 60 cases of this topic into standard,according to the principle of random grouping,as treatment group or control group,each group of 30 cases respectively.To the treatment group used ziniliangxuexiaobifang with hydrotherapeutics and vaseline for external use,a dose of daily,1 times a night;Control group used tretinoin cream and vaseline for external use,1 times A night,4 weeks as a course of treatment.The area of psoriasis and the severity index of disease(PASI)and the scale of pruritus were calculated before and after treatment.and in 1 month after treatment,telephone follow-up record any adverse reaction.Application SPSS20.0 statistical software analysis of PASI score before and after treatment and degree of pruritus score,through comparing the data analysis,in order to review the clinical curative effect of this topic in the treatment of psoriasis.Results:A total of 55 cases complete test,28 cases in treatment group and control group in 27 cases,through the analysis of data,the two groups in gender,course of diseases and age have clinical comparability.4 weeks after treatment,carries on the statistical analysis.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.57%,the total effective rate of the control group was 55.56%.The total effective rate of treatment among the two groups was significantly different(P>0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;The PASI score of the two groups had clinical comparability.After treatment,the PASI score of the treatment group was 49.164+24.198,and the PASI score of the control group was 37.245+18.975.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;The two groups had clinical comparability before treatment.The pruritus score of the treatment group was 2.61+1.707 after treatment,and the pruritus score of the control group was 3.33+1.776 after treatment.The scores of the treatment group were lower than those before the treatment.The scores of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical statistical significance was compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05);During the treatment and follow-up process,the two groups were not obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Clinical trials showed:ziniliangxuexiaobifang with hydrotherapeutics is safe and effective for treating blood type of psoriasis vulgaris,can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions and relieve itching and discomfort,and the total effective rate of treatment is better than that of tretinoin cream group.The treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
