Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands(Stagnation Of Liver Qi And Phlegm Stasis)with Shiweixianglu Capsiles

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of two kinds of medicine "shiweixianglu capsule" and " rukang Tablet" in treating liver qi stagnation and phlegm stasis type hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:Select the case of the First Affiliated Hospital of HLJ University Of Chinese Medicine in December 2016.07-2017.03 with breast hyperplasia and 48 case of liver and TCM syndrome of phlegm and outpatients,which were randomly divided into treatment group(shiweixianglu capsule group)and control group(Rukang group),each group of patients in it is 24 cases.The treatment group were shiweixianglu capsule,5 tablets ever time,3 times/day,oral medication,time is two menstrual cycles,menstrual cramps started medication.The control group was given 3 pills and 3 times a day.all the same to shiweixianglu group?Resut:1.Efficiency:the treatment group(shiweixianglu group)of the total effectiverate was 91.70%?the control group(Rukang group)of the total effectiverate was 87.50%?the treatment group(shiweixianglu capsule group)and control group(Rukang group)had no significant difference in the effectiverate.2.TCM syndrome score:There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).And no differente between the two groups that after treatment(P>0.05)?3.Breast tumor size:there were differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).no significant difference(NSD)between the two groups after breast bossing treatment(P>0.05)4.The ache days:Two before and after treatment were differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(NSD)between the two groups after the treatmentce(P>0.05).5.Breast ache score:There was no significant differetia between the two groups before and after treatment.There were variant between the groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were differetia between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The shiweixianglu group is preceded than the rukang group.Conelusion:Shiweixianglu for treatment of liver qi stagnation and phlegm type hyperplasia of mammary glands have preceded effect,and in the comprehensive curative effect,compared with the traditional "rukang" group,there is no significant difference.Shiweixianglu can obviously relieve the pain of the breast(better than the rukang Tablet),shorten the time of brest pain,and reduce the brest lump,can obviously improve the TCM Syndromes of the patients,and has no obvious toxic and side effects.
