Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Yuyu Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Sanjiexiaopi granules in treatment of stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm type of mammary gland hyperplasia, and to explore the intervention mechanism and safety.Method: 140 sufferers who matched the inclusion criteria of patients with the type of liver depression phlegm retention of mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 70 patients in each group. Treatment group: to be given the Sanjiexiaopi granules with boiling water respectively in menstrual around 7 days, three times a day, one bag each time,(menstrual withdrawal). Four weeks was a course of treatment, and observed three courses of treatment. 14 days was one period and three periods were a course of treatment. Control group: to be given the Rupixiao tablets respectively in 7 days before and after menstruation, three times a day, three tablets each time. And the time of medicine to be taken and the course of treatment were the same as treatment group.Results: After 3 courses of treatment, the Breast pain, milk block size and related clinical symptoms were obviously improved, which showed statistical difference from the control group.Conclusion: Sanjiexiaopi granules has a good clinical curative effect on stagnation of liver-qi and phlegm type of mammary gland hyperplasia, lower toxicity and side effects, which can be used for clinical application.
