The Correlation Study Of Atrial Fibrillation Patients In Uyghur Of Xinjiang And Cholesterol Ester Transfer Protein TaqIB Gene Polymorphism

Objective: Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmia in clinical.At home and abroad in recent years,for studying the genetics of atrial fibrillation in the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation provides a new direction.This article discusses the cholesterol ester transfer protein gene(CTEP TaqIB)TaqIB polymorphism and the relationship between atrial fibrillation(AF)in the xinjiang uygur,thus further clear the molecular pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation.Methods: Using case control method,this study selected-in October 2015 in February 2014,xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital comprehensive heart of internal control of the Uighur,100 cases of patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation(AF),the uighurs of 100 cases(control group)in patients with atrial fibrillation,extracting genomic DNA from peripheral venous blood,using the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method(PCR-PFLP)for CTEP gene polymorphism,comparing the difference between the 2 groups gene polymorphism distribution,analysis of CTEP TaqIB genotypes and the correlation of the onset of atrial fibrillation.Results: Atrial fibrillation group and the control sample CTEP TaqIB gene polymorphisms genotypes with Hardy-gw(Hardy weinberg equilibrium(atrial fibrillation group ?~2 = 1.19,P = 0.22;the control group ?~2 = 0.64,P = 0.42).CTEP TaqIB loci sequencing results show that the existence of AA,AG,GG type three genotypes.Genotype AA,AG,GG in Uighur atrial fibrillation in the crowd there were 7 cases(7%),48 cases(48%),45cases(45%),in the control group in the crowd there were 22cases(22%),54 cases(54%),24 cases(24%),two groups of genotype and allele distribution difference was statistically significant(?~2= 14.5,P?0.005;?~2=13.5,P?0.005).Conclusion: Xinjiang uygur the occurrence of atrial fibrillation with CTEP TaqIB gene polymorphism have correlation.
