Urumqi With Card Type Ulcerative Colitis Patients Quality Of Life And The Present Situation Of The Psychological State

Objective: Through the observation of Urumqi multicenter with card type(northwest dryness syndrome)UC patients quality of life and psychological performance,Discussion of the xinjiang regional UC patients quality of life,mental status,bowel disease severity and the distribution of northwest dryness syndrome main license and certificate and the internal relations.Methods: Collected from January 2016 to December 2016 in XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region,XinJiang Urumqi city hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Xin Jiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital,digestive department of XinJiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital inpatient and outpatient UC patients,100 cases were studied.Using quantitative diagnosis of northwest dryness syndrome with the main and the scale of northwest dryness syndrome differentiation of syndrome diagnosis and and dialectical classification,Inflammatory bowel disease Questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life,With anxiety self-assessment scale,depression self rating scale to assess their mental state,Analysis of northwest dryness syndrome suffer from or not with UC patients quality of life,psychological state and bowel disease severity degree of correlation.Result:(1)Analysis of northwest dryness syndrome suffer from or not with UC patients' quality of life,psychological state and bowel disease severity in 100 patients with UC in 28 cases with card type(northwest dryness syndrome),not with the type of 72 cases with type of syndrome type and non gender composition are different between groups(P<0.05),(2)64.28% of type with the UC of northwest dryness syndrome and syndrome of spleen and stomach aggregates wet,(3)UC patients quality of life score was 130.68±35.362,light,medium and severe intestinal patients quality of life of anxiety and depression level differences(P<0.05),(4)UC patients and bowel disease severity were positively associated with the degree of anxiety depression(P<0.001),(5)With the type of UC patients quality of life is not the type with the UC patients living quality is poor(P<0.05),the degree of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The quality of life of patients with UC degree of anxiety and depression associated with the degree of bowel disease,(2)With the type of UC and card is given priority to with spleen and stomach aggregates dampness syndromes,Compared with the type with the UC patients,together with the type of UC patients survival quality to reduce,anxiety,depression is aggravating,and in the majority with male patients,(3)Northwest dryness syndrome as a party at the common pathological nature of the disease,associated with UC symptoms,it can from the northwest dryness syndrome syndrome strategy on prevention and cure UC in XinJiang area.
