| Objective:In this paper,the patients with ischemic stroke were selected as the research object.Through the detection of the changes of platelet micro particles level,we observed the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the patients with ischemic stroke.Method:The clinical practice of the study in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui TCM University,during the internship in our hospital collected encephalopathy department in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with ischemic stroke patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each,two groups were given routine drug treatment,treatment group on the basis of the Tong du tiao shen acupuncture method.Before and after treatment were detected and the index score of patients with ischemic stroke,the stroke patients with clinical neurological impairment score(NDS),evaluation of the ability of daily life(ADL)score and Barthel index of platelet microparticles(PMP)levels were determined.After the course of treatment,the data were compared before and after the treatment in the same group,then the data were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Finally,the difference of the data between the two groups was analyzed.Result:(1)Detection of platelet microparticles(PMP)The data obtained before and after treatment were compared between the two groups:In the treatment group and the control group,the level of platelet microparticles decreased,and compared with before treatment(p<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the routine western medicine treatment combinedwith Tong du tiao shen acupuncture can significantly reduce the level of platelet microparticles in patients with ischemic stroke,and the level of decline was higher than that of conventional Western Medicine.(2)Assessment of daily living ability(ADL)Barthel index score After treatment,the treatment group and the control group ADL scale scores were higher than before treatment,before and after treatment score difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The ADL score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).The results showed that the routine western medicine therapy combined with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke was better than routine Western Medicine.(3)Clinical neurological impairment scale(NDS)scale After treatment,the treatment group and the control group clinical neurological impairment scale score compared with before treatment decreased,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).After treatment,the scores of NDS scale between the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that the routine western medicine therapy combined with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical neurological deficit of patients with ischemic stroke,and the curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine.Conclusion:(1)Conventional western medicine combined with these two kinds of treatment methods of Tong du tiao shen acupuncture and conventional western medicine drugs have different effects on ischemic stroke in patients with blood platelet microparticles,the platelet microparticles decreased,but with simple drug control group compared with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment group,platelet microparticle level decreasedmore significantly.(2)Conventional western medicine combined with these two kinds of treatment methods of Tong du tiao shen acupuncture acupuncture and conventional western medicine drugs,all tables have different effects on the score of ischemic stroke in patients with ADL scores,but the treatment ability of daily life of patients increased significantly higher than the control group,that of Western medicine routine drug treatment with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture is better than a simple drug treatment.(3)The treatment of the two groups of patients with ischemic stroke clinical neurological impairment scale(NDS)scale scores have different degrees of influence,the treatment group NDS scale score decreased significantly higher than the control group.Because of the lower NDS score,indicating that the lower the degree of nerve function damage,is conducive to the recovery of patients,so,conventional western medicine combined with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke has a good clinical effect.(4)Traditional western medicine combined with Tong du tiao shen acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment method,the clinical effect of the treatment of ischemic stroke is significant. |
