| Objective:By observing the Tong du tiao shen acupuncture combined with western medicine routine drug treatment effects on vascular endothelial function in patients with ischemic stroke and efficacy research,to explore the optimized plan for the acupuncture treatment in patients with ischemic stroke and part of the mechanism.Method:Eighty cases of patients with ischemic stroke were collected in the department and outpatient department of the department of encephalopathy of the acupuncture and moxibustion hospital of anhui province(in accordance with the inclusion criteria),and were randomly assigned to the control group(40 cases)and the treatment group(40cases).The control group was treated with routine western medicine.Treatment group in the control group on the basis of the combination of tong du god needle,the main point: the will,the wind house,ya men,big job,"Ming,waist sunlight,star,ditch,acupuncture once a day,both group scheme for treatment of 4 weeks(28 days)for a period of treatment.Before and after the treatment of the patients,the indicators were measured and the corresponding scale was graded.The detection indicators were:flow-mediated dilatation,FMD,endothelin,ET.The scoring Scale was: NIH stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Modified Rankin Scale(m RS).After the treatment of a course of treatment,the data of the same group were compared before and after treatment.Then,the data between the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the data changes between the two groups were finally observed,and the results were further analyzed and the conclusion was obtained.Result:(1)FMD level detection.After a course of treatment,treatment group and control group data before and after treatment compared with control group in FMD levels(p < 0.05),the treatment group had elevated levels of FMD is more obvious,(p < 0.01),the difference has statistical significance;Compared with the control group,the FMD level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01),and the difference was significant and statistically significant.Tip: Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine routine drug treatment can be elevated in patients with ischemic stroke of FMD levels,improve endothelial function,and patients are better than FMD increased levels of using western medicine routine drug therapy.(2)ET value detection After a course of treatment,treatment group and control group data before and after treatment compared with the control group ET value is lower(p < 0.05),treatment group ET value decrease more obviously,(p < 0.01),the difference has statistical significance;Compared with the control group,the ET value of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.01),and the difference was significant and statistically significant.Tip: Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine routine drug treatment can reduce ischemic stroke in patients with ET value,improve vascular endothelial function in patients with,and make the patients with ET value level is better than pure western medicine drug routine therapy.(3)national institutes of health stroke scale.Observation of the treatment group and control group NIHSS score,have lower after treatment than before treatment,p < 0.01,the difference being statistically significant,but the NIHSS score was significantly lower in treatment group,significant difference(p < 0.01),with statistical significance.Note: combined with traditional western medicine treatment in patients with ischemic apoplexy,Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine is more effective than traditional western medicine treatment.(4)modified Rankin scale.MRS rating of observation of the treatment group and control group,decreased after treatment than before treatment,p < 0.01,the difference being statistically significant,but a significant reduction in the treatment group(NIHSS score than the control group,significant difference(p < 0.01),with statistical significance.Note: combined with traditional western medicine treatment,Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine can significantly improve MRS level in patients with ischemic stroke,and the clinical efficacy is better than that of traditional western medicine treatment.Conclusion:(1)Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine drugs can effectively improve FMD levels in patients with ischemic stroke and ET value,will affect the endothelial function of patients,compared with pure use western medicine routine drug treatment,curative effect is better.(2)Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine drugs can effectively reduce the NIHSS and m RS scores in patients with ischemic stroke,compared with the pure take western medicine routine drug treatment,the clinical curative effect is more evident improvement.(3)Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment combined with western medicine relative to conventional drugs only with western medicine routine drug treatment,is more effective treatment for ischemic stroke patients,its mechanism may be related to Tong du tiao shen acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with ischemic
