1.Objective Through observing the influence of Buzhong Yiqi particle on IL-5 and the expression of nasal mucosa IL-5 m RNA of rats with splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis,this paper discussed the mechanisms of splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis.And through clinical application,to observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi particle.2.Methods2.1 Experimental Study(1)With combination of disease and symptom molding theory,methods of multi-factor impairment of the spleen like exhaustion method by swimming,rheum officinale and starvation method were employed to produce rats spleen-deficiency models,ovalbumin was used as an allergen to sensitize the rats and splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis rats models were constructed.(2)The representative traditional Chinese medicine of tonifying Qi and lifting yang as well as clearing heat with sweet-warm medicineBuzhong Yiqi particle was used as the administration by gavage to build rats models with splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis.(3)To observe symptom changes of each model and to test IL-5 levels with ELISA.Furthermore,PCR was used to test IL-5 m RNA expression of nasal mucosa.2.2 Clinical Research Patient voluntary principle,all cases were from outpatient service of E.N.T.Department,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March2015-2016.With age?12,60 cases of spleen deficiency AR patients as the research object.They were randomly divided into Buzhong Yiqi particle group(treatment group)and Desloratadine Citrate Disodium group(control group),with 30 cases in each group.All cases had not use of related drugs one week before treatment.Two weeks were taken as a course of treatment.Observe and record the symptoms and signs of two groups before the treatment,treatment for one week,treatment for twoweeks,followed up for 1 week,followed up for 2 weeks and followed up for 1month.Statistical analysis of the data and observe if they were any adverse drug reactions during the treatment.3.Results3.1 Experimental Study Results3.1.1 Comparison of the four groups,IL-5 concentration of the normal group was the lowest and the P-AR group was the highest.IL-5 concentration of the AR group,the PAR group and the drug AR group were significantly higher than the normal group.3.1.2 Comparison of IL-5 concentration between the drug AR group and the normal group,the difference has statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.01).IL-5concentration of the drug AR group was significantly increased.3.1.3 Comparison of IL-5 concentration between the drug AR group and the AR group,the difference has statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.01).IL-5concentration of the drug AR group was significantly reduced.3.1.4 Comparison of IL-5 concentration between the drug AR group and the P-AR group,the difference has statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.01).IL-5concentration of the drug AR group was significantly reduced.3.1.5 Comparison of the four groups,the expression of nasal mucosa IL-5 m RNA of the normal group was the lowest and the P-AR group was the highest.The expression of nasal mucosa IL-5 m RNA of the AR group,P-AR group and the drug AR group were significantly higher than the normal group.3.1.6 Comparison of the four groups,the expression of nasal mucosa IL-5 m RNA of the drug AR group was significantly lower than the AR group and P-AR group.3.2 Clinical Observed Results3.2.1 SPSS17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.The course of disease,gender,age and total score before treatment were not statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P>0.05).3.2.2 The total score one week after treatment were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 50.00% while the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%;they were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.05).3.2.3 The total score two weeks after treatment were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P>0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%while the effective rate of the control group was 90.00%;they were not statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P>0.05).3.2.4 The total score followed up for one week were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P>0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%while the effective rate of the control group was 83.33%;they were not statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P>0.05).3.2.5 The total score followed up for two weeks were not statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%while the effective rate of the control group was 70.00%;they were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.05).3.2.6 The total score followed up for one month were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%while the effective rate of the control group was 53.33%;they were statistically significant and enjoy comparability(P<0.05).4.Conclusion4.1Buzhong Yiqi particle could significantly decrease the IL-5 concentration and the expression of nasal mucosa IL-5 m RNA of rats with splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis.4.2 Buzhong Yiqi particle could be used for the treatment of splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis and effective in treatment.4.3 One of the action mechanisms of Buzhong Yiqi particle on splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis is through adjusting the expression of Th2 cytokines IL-5 to rectify the imbalance states of Th2 cytokines so as to produce a therapeutic effect to splenic asthenic allergic rhinitis.
