Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(syndrome of deficiency of lung qi), changes of serum IgE and IL-4were observed before and after treatment efficacy index, explore the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of AR.Methods:Sixty patients with AR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30patients in each treatment group give Buzhong Yiqi Decoction therapy, the control group was treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets, two weeks for treatment.Before treatment,1week,2weeks treatment and follow-up for two weeks, observe and record the course of treatment in the two groups of patients with nasal symptoms, signs’, changes of systemic symptoms IgE and IL-4value changes and adverse reactions, and the resulting The data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1) After1week of treatment, the treatment group, the control group were26.7%,53.3%, independent samples t-test, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(2) After2weeks of treatment, the control group, the treatment group were90%,86.7%, and independent samples t-test, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.(3) After2weeks of treatment, two groups of evil wind and cold spontaneous sweating, since the integral comparison of p values<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the nonparametric test (Wilcoxon test), two groups of serum IgE and IL-4numerical comparison, p>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference;Two. groups of serum IgE and IL-4own values before and after comparison, p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.(4) Follow-up after2weeks, independent samples t-test, two groups of rhinorrhea, nasal discharge credit comparison (p<0.05), and nasal congestion, sneezing credit comparison, p>0.05, prompt treatment group improvements primary symptom tha the control group; two groups of evil wind and cold、spontaneous sweating comparison, accompanied symptom total score P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:After1week of treatment, Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets efficacy better than Buzhong Yiqi Decoction; after2weeks of treatment, the outcome of two groups is similar; follow-up after2weeks, the two groups before and after treatment serum IgE and IL-4numerical drops obviously; Followed up for2weeks, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Group improve the symptoms of rhinorrhea, nasal discharge than Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Group; Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Group improve accompanied syndromes (evil wind and cold、spontaneous sweating) than Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Group.
