Application Of Nasolabial Sulcus Pedicle Flap Combined With Local Flip Tissue Flap In The Repair Of Nasal Alar Defect

Objective: To investigate the clinical application effect of repairing nasal alar defect with nasolabial sulcus pedicle flap combined the local flip tissue flap.Methods: From 2012 to 2015,of 6 cases admitted in our department to full-thickness defects caused by different reasons nose deformity patients.using a defect local nasal alar or nasal dorsal tissue flap after the lining,nasal lip sulcus pedicle flap covering repair of the whole layer of nasal alar defect.Postoperative observation of flap blood transport and long-term restoration.Results: The flap survived in 6 patients,and 1 cases had a slight necrosis of the distal end of the scar tissue flap,and the wound healed well after the local callus and dressing.6 Patients with follow-up 1-7-6 months,reconstruction of the nasal alar texture,color,size and the side of the close,good nose shape,nasal cavity ventilation barrier,the supply area visible linear scar,no apparent wrinkle,bloated,the patient is satisfied with the overall appearance.Conclusion:The nasal cavity with pedicle flap combined with the defect of local flip tissue flap to repair the nose lining of the whole layer defect,reconstruction of nasal alar morphology is good,postoperative scar is not obvious,is an ideal method.
