The Clinical Application Of Bilobed Flap And Nasolabial Flap In Reconstruction Of Nasal Defects

ObjectiveTo explore and compare the methods and clinical effects of bilobed flap and nasolabial flap in repairing nasal defects.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made of the clinical data on the repair of the nasal soft tissue degect of the first hospital of Shanxi medical university from Februry 2016 to August 2017.After comprehensive evaluation of the defect site,level,area and patient condition,the defect was repaired with bilobed falp and nasolabial flap.The secondary defect donor site was directly sutured.The operation was performed by the same surgeon.ResultsAll cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months.We found that all the bilobed flaps and nasolabial flaps were healed satisfactorily without the complication of hemodynamic disorder,infection and putrescence.The nasal appearance was smooth and got a good nasal shape.The scar was not obvious and the skin flap was similar to the surrounding skin.ConclusionThere are many advantages to repair nasal partial defect with bilobed flap and nasolabial flap.The method is simple and could achieve the good shape.Postoperative scars were not obvious.The aesthetic effects of these operations were satisfactory.
