Objective:Study the role and clinical significance of survivin and VEGF in coronary collateral circulation formation and development. We also investigate the correlation between survivin and VEGF,and the effect of the correlation on the formation of collateral circulation. Methods: The research adopts case-control studying method. The 65 cases of CAP patients with Coronary angiography were recruited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College cardiovascular medicine and surrounding counties from september 2015 to February 2017.The 45 patients with CCC were by results of coronary arteriography and at least one of three major coronary artery(severe stenosis?90%),CCC was graded according to the Rentrop scoring system. There were 21 patients with Rentrop 0 and 1(poor CCC)and 24 patients with Rentrop 2 and 3(good CCC),The stenosis group include poor CCC and good CCC,selected 20 patients without coronary artery stenosis by coronary angiogram as normal control.Recruite and record clinical data, the expression levels of serum surviving and VEGF was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results is analyzed by SPSS l9.0version of software,P < 0.05 was considered the difference was statistically significant Results:1.General clinical data comparison: there was no significant difference about age, total cholesterol,triglycerides,HDL-C,LDL-C,high blood pressure history, diabetes in 3group patients. It demonstrate the comparision in 3 groups. There were significant differences in male ratio and smoking rate among the groups(P<0.05),the male ratio and smoking rate in the CCC good group were higher than those in the CCC poor group and the control group.2.The number of stenosis vessels was no significant difference in 3 groups.3.The levels of serum VEGF in stenosis group(518.64±165.33pg/ml)was significantly higher than that in normal control(136.26±63.38pg/ml)(P<0.05).4.The levels of serum VEGF in good group(646.22±106.93 pg/ml)was significantly higher than that in poor group(372.84±71.62 pg/ml)(P<0.05).5.The levels of serum survivin in stenosis group(29.39±13.25 ng/l)was significantly higher than that in normal control(2.16±1.37 ng/l)(P<0.05).6.There was no significant difference between the number of stenosis vessels and the levels of serum survivin(P>0.05).7.The levels of serum survivin in good group(40.08±6.99 ng/l)was significantly higher than that in poor group(17.18±6.05 ng/l)(P<0.05).8.Correlation analysis demonstrated that there was a positive correlation between the plasma concentration of survivin and CCC rating(r = 0.611,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between the plasma concentration of VEGF and CCC rating(r = 0.607,P<0.01).9.The expression of survivin in serum showed a significantly positive correlation with tne level of VEGF in stenosis group(r = 0.755,P?0.01).Conclusion:1.In patients with coronary heart disease, male patients may be more likely to form the CCC,smoking could promote the formation of CCC.2.VEGF plays an important role in promoting the formation of CCC.3.The level of survivin has no relation to the number of stenotic coronary artery. The patients with high expression of survivin can be easier to form good CCC.4.The expression of survivin in serum showed a significantly positive correlation with the level of VEGF in CAD patients.
