Objective Applying functional neuronavigation to achieve T1 WI,DTI,DTT multi-source image fusion.Guiding intracranial lesions which involved the function fiber bundle.And we hope to achieve minimize neurological damage and maximize the effect of excision.Method Observed the operative situations for 25 cases of brain function area lesions under multimodality neuronavigation technology assisted that from December2013 to August 2016 by the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College neurosurgery.Randomly selected 25 cases brain function area lesions from the same period under traditional neuronavigation assisted as a control group.The differences between the two groups were compared,such as the total tumor resection rate,the rate of postoperative disability,average length of stay,prognosis and other aspects.Results The average operation time of the study group was 5.6±1.3h,the control group was 5.4±1.5h,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay for the study group was 16.35±4.29 d,the control group was19.57±6.15 d,the average length of stay(days)for the study group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,total tumor resection in 19 cases(76%),subtotal resection in 4 cases and partial resection in 2 cases.In the control group,total tumor resection in 12 cases(48%),subtotal resection in 9 cases and partial resection in 4 cases.The tumor total resection rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P <0.05).In the study group,postoperative complications occurred in4 cases(16%),in the control group postoperative complications occurred in 13 cases(52%),there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The mesn KPS score in study group was 89.12±17.35,the control group was 73.56±18.21,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Multi-modal functional neuronavigation technology with Fusing DTT and other modes could improve brain tumors total resection rate and reduce postoperative morbidity effectively,and which has a significant clinical efficacy.
