Treatment With Selective Use Of Lauromacrogol And Bleomycin Under The Guidance Of Ultrasound In Head And Neck Vascular Malformations

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the treatment with selective combinated use of Lauromacrogol and Bleomycin under the guidance of ultrasound in head and neck vascular malformations.Methods: 12 cases with head and neck vascular malformation were selected from December 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital.With different circumstance which included the lesions type,range and depth,or if any vascular nerve and important organs around,Lauromacrogol and Bleomycin were inserted into this venous space under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound.We applied image examination of color Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging technology to its clinical observation and effect analysis.If the lesion was not cured completely,it could be repeated until recovery.All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.Results: Each patient recovered with 1-5 times of the sclerotherapy,average was(3.5±1.1)times.2 patients appeared pain,and it recovered in analgesics.8 patients appeared fever.Their body temperature was about 38 degree,and recovered without any outside intervention.Most of patients appeared swelling,and recovered without any outside intervention.2 patients appearred induration,and 3 patients appearred mild skin pigmentation for following-up.No complications vascular embolism,nerve dysfunction and facial muscles,respiratory dysfunction occurred.Conclusion: 1 The effect of ultrasound guided sclerotherapy for face and neck vascular malformation was excellent,it can not only treat effectively the face and neck vascular malformations which was hard with surgery resection,but also reduce the adverse reactions in blindness of sclerotherapy puncture.The sclerotherapy under the guidance of ultrasound can carry out real-time monitoring and control the progress of treatment at any time which have high accuracy,and reduce the damage for lesions near the body tissues.2 Bleomycin with lauromacrogol on neck vascular malformations under the guidance of ultrasound were selected by the types and characteristics of vascular malformations,which can determine accurately the dose of hardening agent under real-time ultrasound,and reduce the adverse reaction.3 The treatment with selective combinated use of Lauromacrogol and Bleomycin under the guidance of ultrasound in head and neck vascular malformations has significantly effect,and high accuracy and safety.It is widely used in clinic.
