The rabbits were examined with CDFI to study the characterize of hip joints'blood supply before the injection of corticosteroid and 4th weeks , 10th week after the injection of corticosteroid. The characterize of hip joints'blood supply were examined including the flow velocity of the lateral ascending cervical arteries, lateral ascending cervical veins and the small vessel into femoral epiphysis and RI of arteries. Results: 1. After 4th week of the corticosteroid injection, few blood signal of hip joints were detected and the flow velocity of the lateral ascending cervical arteries and the small blood vessel into femoral epiphysis were lower than before the injection of corticosteroid(P <0.05). After 10th week of the corticosteroid injection, rare blood signal of hip joints were detected . the flow velocity of the lateral ascending cervical arteries , the lateral ascending cervical vena and the small vessel into femoral epiphysis were lower than before the injection of corticosteroid(P <0.01).2. After 4th and 10th week of the corticosteroid injection, RI of arteries increased(P <0.01).Conclusions:After 4th and 10th week of the corticosteroid injection, the flow velocity of the hip joint'blood vessel decrease. CDFI could evaluate the hip joints'blood supply of ANFH. PARTâ…¡EVALUATING THE HIP JOINTS'BLOOD FLOW OF PERTHES DISEASE WITH ULTRASONOGRAPHYObjective:To observe the characteristics of hip joints'blood supply and investigate the value of ultrasound in evaluation of blood flow of hip joints in Perthes disease.Method:A total of 45 hip joints with Perthes'disease were examined with ultrasound imaging including CDFI in order to observe the characteristics of hip joints blood supply, while the normal hip joints in the same 45 cases were examined as the controls. The children with Perthes'disease took supine position or prone position. The hip joints were examined with ultrasound imaging from separately from inside to outside carries on longitudinal and crosswise sweeps looks up to observe the articular surface of femoral head and the thickness of synovial membrane of articular capsule. The hip joints'blood supply were observed and graded with CDFI. To measure the flow velocity of the lateral ascending cervical arteries and the small vessel into femoral epiphysis and RI of arteries. The flow velocity of arteries were systolic phase peak.Results:1. The articular surface of femoral head were found abnormality including the femoral head became flatted and broken, 40 injured hip joints were detected the synovial membrane of articular capsule thicking and fluid of articular cavity.2. A total of 45 normal hip joints were detected blood signal, CDFI distributeâ… ï½žâ…¢,â…¡64%. 36 injured sides of 45 hip joints were detected rare blood signal, CDFI distribute 0~Ⅱ,â… 69%.3. The flow velocity of the lateral ascending cervical arteries and the small veins into femoral epiphysis of injured sides were lower than normal hip joints(P <0.01). The flow velocity of the small arteries into femoral epiphysis of injured sides were lower than normal hip joints(P >0.05).Conclusions: Ultrasonography can correctly detect lesions and evaluate the blood supply of hip joints in patients with Perthes disease. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Femoral head, Avascular necrosis, Ultrasonography, Doppler, Color, Perthes disease, Hip joint, Ultrasonography, Doppler, Color | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
