Objective:Investigate the current situation of doctor-patient relationship in grade three and first-class hospital of Anhui and Jiangsu province,study the influencing factors of doctor-patient relationship.And put forward suggestions for promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship,so as to provide the reference for the country to take measures to promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.Methods:This study is a combination of qualitative research and quantitative research.It used convenience sampling method by selecting patients and medical staffs from 12 hospitals in Anhui and Jiangsu Province.In the quantitative research,doctor-patient relationship survey of medical staff questionnaire,doctor-patient relationship public questionnaire and the localization KAS scale were used as investigating tools while SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the data.The qualitative research is a phenomenological study,and a representative sample of patients and medical staffs was selected for in-depth interviews with a sample of subjects.Nvivo8.0 software was used to analyze the interview data and refine the theme.Results:1.A total of 720 patient's questionnaire were distributed,and recovered,the recovery rate was100%,the effective questionnaire was 680,and the effective rate was 94.44%.A total of 400 medical staff's questionnaire were distributed,and recovered,the recovery rate was 100%,the effective questionnaire was 390,the effective rate was97.5%.Interviewed 12 patients and 12 medical staff.2.For the medical staff of the cognitive survey shows that patients for medical staff career evaluation tend to be positive.Both doctors and patients believe that the current number of medical staff is still difficult to meet the needs of clinical medicine,doctor face greater physiological and psychological stress.There is a difference between doctors and patients of the cognition of the legal income of the medical staff and their work.After c2tests,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Cognitive investigation of medical behavior,medical process and medical expenses shows that the patient's attitude to the current medical staff and the doctor's medical level and treatment effect are more recognized,but the doctor-patient trust is not high,the problem of insufficient communication and medical costs still high.4.For the current status of the doctor-patient relationship between the doctors and patients have differences,after the rank sum test,P <0.05,the difference between the existence of statistical significance.5.There is a discrepancy between the perception of the role of the media in the relationship between doctors and patients.After c2tests,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.6.The study for KAS scale score is(45.80±5.97),the dimension scores from high to low(12.31±2.16)for the cooperation and communication(12.01±2.17),empowerment(11.63±2.07),integration(9.86±1.95).7.For the patient interview data,the final construction of seven tree nodes,16sub-nodes.For the doctor interview data,the final construction of the seven tree nodes,18 child sub-nodes.Conclusions:1.The overall tendency of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,but there is the disharmonious factor,doctors for the prescriptions of the doctor-patient relationship attitude not as optimistic than patients.2.Doctors and patients all agree that the primary responsibilities of the doctor-patient relationship with hospitals,patients,the government,the medical personnel,media about this five aspects.3.Both doctors and patients for the main factors that influence the doctor-patient relationship exist different opinions.4.Doctor-patient conflicts between not only from the conflicts of interest,more from the conflict between doctor and patient rights.
