Hemangiomas and vascular malformations are common vascular disease in children, with a prevalence of approximately 2%-10%,mostly in the head and neck.two major categories of vascular anomalies were defined according to the biological classification:tumors, which exhibit endothelial hyperplasia;and malformations, which have normal endothelial turnover unless disturbed.with Vascular malformations subdivided into capillary malformations ? venous malformations ? lymphatic malformations and arteriovenous malformations.Lesions which rapidly grow can destroy the surrounding tissues, leading to bleeding ? infection ? affecting the appearance,?even can be life-threatening,so the treatment is a social and clinical problems which can not be ignored. For a long time,we lack a scientific standards for the classification, and clinical effect varies.in this paper we combined 2014 International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies(ISSVA)Classification with the clinical features and treatment of Vascular Anomalies,so as to provide the corresponding optimal treatment for different types of vascular anomalies.
