| Objective: Through the establishment of UC rats model,the traditional Chinese medicine filling and intestinal juice of rat serum IL-1 beta and colonic mucosal tissue IL-8 mrna gene expression,the influence of from the perspective of cytokines to reveal the mechanism of Chinese medicine filling and intestinal juice for clinical provides a new method of drugs and treatment.Methods: 2 minus 2-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid and immune candidated copy UC rat model,building success only 35 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group of seven,using Chinese medicine filling and high dose group(crude drug content of 0.5 g/ml),middle dose group(0.25 g/ml)content of crude drug,low dose group(0.125 g/ml)content of crude drug;Willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine bolt group(SASP mixed suspension of 0.042g/ml)and blank group,except the blank group,don't give medicine groups were rectum,rats each 1.5 ml each time,each 2 times/d,observation group rats colon tissue pathological changes after treatment of 20 d,using ELISA to detect the rat serum IL-1 beta and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(rt-pcr)method to detect gene expression of IL-8mrna in colon tissue,for statistical analysis.Results:1.The expression of IL-1 beta and IL-8mrna gene in rats was inhibited by Chinese medicine.2.Each dose group of the irrigation liquid had analgesic effect on the torsional pain of the mice caused by acetic acid.3.There were different levels of stop-relief effects in each dose group of traditional Chinese medicine,among which the high,medium and medium doses of traditional Chinese medicine were significantly different than P < 0.01.4.Compared with those in the blank group.The difference in the dosage groups of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in different dosage groups was significantly higher than that of the blank group P < 0.01.The weight gain of the group was lower than that in the high-dose group of Chinese medicine,compared with P < 0.05.5.There were different levels of perineum in the various dosage groups of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine,and the low rate of perineum in the white space and the lowerrate of the white group were significantly different,the difference was significant P < 0.01.Conclusions:1.The treatment of intestinal and humid heat by Chinese traditional Chinese medicine is significantly better than that in the pain,diarrhea and weight gain.2.The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine enema in the model of UC rats is obvious in high-dose group.3.The effect of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine enema on the factor is that it can control the development of inflammation by inhibiting the expression of IL-1 beta and IL-8mrna,thereby protecting the intestinal mucosa. |
