| Purpose:This clinical trial will explore the difference between the intestinal flora disturbance of 16 SRDNA patients and the intestinal flora of healthy people through the detection technology of UC.The correlation between intestinal flora and UC,course and pathology,and the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on UC intestinal flora will be explored.Material and method:The system randomly selected in June 2017 August-2017 Shenyang Military General Hospital Department of traditionalhinese medicine patients with ulcerative colitis 13 cases as experimental group and 9 healthy persons as control group,no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex(P > 0.05);patients in the experimental group were in oral medicine(decoction),oral medicine for fifteenth days on the fiftteenth day,sixtieth days,collected fecal samples from the control group into the group,the bacterial genome DNA extracted from16 SRDNA,were determined by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction,quantitative analysis of different bacteria,intestinal flora difference between the two groups,the difference within each group comparison of intestinal flora.Results:1.The intestinal flora of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the 0d group and the 15 d group in the intestinal flora of the experimental group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the 15 d and 60 d intestinal flora in the experimental group,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The curative effect of the treatment of UC in the treatment of UC was significant(P<0.05).3.The proportion of posterior wall bacteria in intestinal flora of UCpatients was significantly higher than that of healthy people,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of Proteobacteria in UC patients was significantly lower than that in healthy persons,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Ulceration can adjust the structure of intestinal flora and gradually close to the proportion of intestinal microflora structure in healthy people.Conclusion:1.The proportion of intestinal microflora in UC patients is different from that of healthy people;2.Yu Kui recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of UC patients and improve the proportion of intestinal flora.The test proves that Kui Fang is effective in the treatment of UC,and it can promote the wide application of clinical safety.3.It was found that the rate of posterior wall bacteria in group UC was higher than that of other scholars,and the treatment of probiotics for UC should be studied. |
