Research Based On The Ancient And Modern Literature Of Selecting Acu-points And Acupuncture Method Of Distention And Fullness(Functional Dyspepsia)

Objective: The project has reorganized and analysised the literature which stem from retrieval of the ancient and modern literature about the acupuncture and moxibustion treating of distention and fullness,and conclude the selecting acu-points rule,channel tropism,therapy traits and so on.Then contrasting of the ancient and modern content aims to have further treatment and improve acupuncture and moxibustion prescription.The certain guidance and reference for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion of distention and fullness have been expected.Methods: During the arrangement of the ancient material,retrieve the related acupuncture and moxibustion prescription about “distention and fullness”.In the analysis of modern literature,by researching the content published in Chinese Journal of science and technology(Vip)and cnki.net ect over the years,the acupuncture to“functional dyspepsia” has been found.Then to extract information of acupuncture prescription and statistic the frequency use of acupoints and meridian,distribution,channel tropism,speci-fic acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion etc.And analyse the result according to the traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.acupoints in common use,ancient: zusanli,zhongwan,qihai,zhangmen,yinjiao,chengshan,ganshu,shenshu,;contemporary:zushanli,zhongwan,neiguan,w eishu,pishu,tianshu,qihai,taichong,sanyinjiao,ganshu,guanyuan,xiawan,gongsun,qimen,bai hui,shangwan,neiting,yinlingquan,zhangmen,fenglong.2.ancient and modern channel tropism: Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,Ren channel,Kidney Channel of Foot-Shaoyin,spleen meridian of foot,Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,The hand Yangming meridians,Du channel.3.Acupoints searching from are mainly distributed in the chest and abdomen and limbs.4.In the ancient and modern literature,specific acupoints include five acupoints and convergent acupoints,the Mu-front acupoints.modern clinical physicians also used back shu points,the eight confluent acupoints.5.Commonly therapy : filiform needle,Moxibustion,Combination of acupuncture and medicine.Modern physicians also apply complex therapy including acupuncture with medicinal herbs,catgut implantation,electro-acupuncture,acupoint injection ect.Conclusion: There are sone difference between the ancient and modern literature on thetreatment of the disease.There are similarities in channel tropism,distribution,specific acupoints,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy etc.The modern medicine has greatly expanded the range of selected points of the disease and the therapy.The therapy varies from person to person and can improve efficacy.
