Clinical Research Of Cervical Rotational Positioning Method Combined With Knead Stellate Ganglion On Treating Cervical Vertigo

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of cervical rotational positioning method combined with knead stellate ganglion on treating cervical vertigo.Methods:According to the diagnostic standard of the cervical vertigo,selected 60 patients who aged between 18 to 65 years old.These patients were randomly divided as treatment group and control group,each group contained 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by cervical rotational positioning method combined with knead stellate ganglion,and the control group was treated by cervical rotational positioning method method.Three times per week,the next day at a time,6 times for a period of treatment,a total of two period of treatment.Before and after treatment fill in the vertigo rating scale,and through the Transcranial Doppler(TCD)detection,the relevant data were analyzed by the software of SPSS17.0 to observe the changes of quantitative indicators of peak systolic blood flow velocity of left and right VA,BA and end-diastolic flow velocity together with mean blood flow velocity.Result:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment and control group was 96.7% as well as 86.7% respectively(P?0.05).(2)According to the vertigo rating scale analysis,the vertigo symptoms improment of treatment group was better than the control group(P?0.05).(3)Through the Transcranial Doppler(TCD)detection,the vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity bacame obviously faster in the treatment group,the effect was better than the control group(P?0.05).Conclusion: Cervical rotational positioning method combined with knead stellate ganglion has better clinical effect than cervical rotational positioning method on treating cervical vertigo.It is worth to be popularized.
