Concluding Clinical Experience On The Treatment Of Hashimoto Thyroiditis From Jang Zhao Jun Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform

Objective : Using the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform to dig the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis by Professor Jiang Zhaojun,to discuss Medication and prescription rules of Hashimoto ’s Thyroiditis by Professor Jiang Zhaojun’ s Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to summarize Professor Jiang’s clinical experience in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis In order to regulate the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and to guide the clinical data to provide some support and referenceMethods.Methods :Thirty patients and 158 prescriptions were treated with Professor Jiangzhaojun for the treatment of bridge gonadotropin were collected.The drug composition was accurately entered into the TCM Transmission Support System(V2.5),and the database of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was established.Outpatient prescription in the drug drug,frequency,drug,prescription law and other aspects of data mining.Through the discussion of the results of the analysis and their own experience to sum up and summarize Professor Jiang treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis medication rules and experience.Results :79 cases and 158 prescriptions were analyzed statistically by the traditional Chinese medicine transmission support platform system.It was found that Professor Jiang always treated Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with cold medicine and bitter medicine,the frequency was 1215,1651 times,the total frequency of Chinese medicine was 2776 Times,the highest frequency of was148 times that was Astragalus,followed by the top ten ranked Astragalus,Polygonum cuspidatum,Prunella,Radix,re-floor,Bupleurum,licorice,Fritillaria,Atractylodes,the highest frequency of use of drugs was Drugs to heat which up to 731 times(26.3%),followed by tonic category 657 times(23.7%),using Qingre antidot is highest in Heat medicine,up to 444 times,,accounting for 61%;Gotten the commonly used drug combination of 54 groups,11 Chinese medicine,and get a core prescription through the association rules.Conclusion: Professor Jiang of treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis with heat of poison,Tonic medicine,regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm,With qi phlegm,heat-clearing and detoxifying as the basic principle of treatment,the disease can be divided into three tupes:phlem stagnation tupe,qi-yin eficiency,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.And to eliminate gall party(astragalus,atractylodes,incense,radix bupleuri,zhejiang fritillary,selfheal,radix scrophulariae,giant knotweed,polyphylla,radix isatidis,radix glycyrrhizae)as the basic prescription for the treatment of the disease.
