A Clinical Study Of Jiawei Zhigancao Decoction Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis In Behcet's Disease

Objective: Through clinical research,and further research summary of Zhiganc ao Decoction in clinical therapeutic effect of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndro me Behcet's disease,after the administration of recurrence and adverse reactions,in order to regulate the clinical medication and summarize the effective treatment pro grams to provide scientific and effective data support.Methods: 84 cases of patients with BD,42 cases were treated with thalidomid e and Zhigancao Decoction of patients in the treatment group;another 42 cases of patients taking thalidomide tablets for control group.After 90 days of treatment,the n followed up for 90 days,statistics before and after treatment,the changes in sym ptom score and serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP).Results: The general situation of patients with BD in the clinical study: there is no significant difference in the patients' gender,age,course of disease,main sym ptom score and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C reaction protein,which is comparable.After the clinical treatment and follow-up,we can see Zhigancao Decoction can significantly reduced main clinical symptom score,improve the total efficiency,reduce the ESR and CRP,also can reduce the incidence of recurrence an d adverse reactions.Conclusion: Through clinical research we found Zhigancao Decoction can obvi ously improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,and can significantly red uce the recurrence of the disease and adverse reactions.Providing scientific and eff ective data support for the specification of clinical BD and summary of effective tr eatment options.
