According to the results of the influence on ELISA detection on serum Hepatitis b surface antigen with anticoagulation and the anticoagulant blood specimens, this research determines whether there is a difference between them and discusses what effect does sodium citrate has .By randomly selecting 2100 donator and people applying for donating blood, selecting sodium citrate and non-anticoagulant blood samples, we test the HBs with 4000 valid blood samples using ELISA. The results are paired T test for analysis if there is a difference. In addition, we double-checked selected part of the samples. It revealsthat the difference between anticoagulation and non-anticoagulant samples is statistically significant(p<0.05)and the reactivity of anticoagulant and non-anticoagulant specimens is consistent. In conclusion, there is a certain disturbance between the anticoagulation and non-anticoagulant specimens (p<0.05)on account of many reasons that lead to the occurrence of a false positive, but the second-round exam can eliminate anticoagulant interference factors. In practical work with single plasma, it should be repeated experiments to the final conclusion for anticoagulant test specimens of uncertainty results for the first time.Especially for the specimen of grey area, it is recommended to use different manufacturer of reagent or different principle of reagents for recheck. At the same time,in order to reduce the missing and increase the accuracy of the test results, the final conclusion should be determine by adding with the re-inspection results.
