Wenyang Tongfu Decoction For The Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Clinical Observation

Objective: Through the study,Wenyangtongfu decoction was used to treat functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in the elderly,and compared with polyethylene glycol 4000 powder.By observing the change of symptoms of the patients,the safety,effectiveness and feasibility of Wenyangtongfu decoction in treating functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in the elderly were evaluated objectively,which provided reference for future clinical practice.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,94 patients with functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was 47 cases,during the trial,the control group was 4cases(due to self-discontinuation),the treatment group was 4 cases(3 cases due to self-administration of other manufacturers granules,1 case due to self-discontinuation of medication),so the actual collection cases were 43 cases in control group and 43 cases in treatment group.The treatment group was treated with Wenyang Tongfu decoction.oral chinese medicine decoction-free granules,1 box each time,2 times on1 day,continuous use for 4 weeks;the control group was given polyethylene glycol4000 powder treatment,1 bag each time,10 g,each bag of its contents dissolved in200 ml of water,2 times a day,continuous use for 4 weeks.And 8 weeks after stopping the drug to return visit,observe the two groups of symptoms improvement to evaluate the efficacy and evaluate its safety.Result:1.For constipation symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.4% after 4 weeks of treatment,and the total effective rate of the control group was 69.8%,which was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that the clinical effect of the treatment group after intervention was better than that of the control group.2.The total score of constipation symptom in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),which suggested that the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was compared.The total score of constipation symptom in the treatmentgroup after 8 weeks of withdrawal was statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that withdrawal is not considered After weeks,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving constipation symptoms in the long term.3.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in improving defecation effort,defecation times,cold pain in abdomen and long-term urination,and the difference indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms,but the difference between the two groups was not significant(PP<0.05).After 8 weeks of withdrawal,the scores of defecation effort,defecation times,cold pain in abdomen and long-term symptoms of urine were significantly lower in the treatment group(P<0.05).Goodness was better than the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not obvious(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms in the long term.4.In terms of safety and missing visits,no special adverse reactions were found in both groups during the study.There was no abnormality in blood routine,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.In the control group,4 cases were stopped by self-administration;in the treatment group,3 cases were taken orally for their own reasons,and 1 case was stopped by taking other drugs.Conclusion:1.Wenyang Tongfu decoction is better than polyethylene glycol4000 powder in the treatment of functional constipation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in the elderly,and has less recurrence than polyethylene glycol 4000 powder after stopping medicine.After 4 weeks of 2.treatment,Wenyang Tongfu decoction can improve the overall curative effect of constipation symptoms,especially in defecation effort,defecation times,abdominal cold pain,urine Qinglong symptoms are significantly better than polyethylene glycol 4000 powder.After 8weeks of 3.,the long-term effect of Wenyang Tongfu decoction on improving constipation symptoms was better than that of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder,and the improvement in defecation laborious symptoms was more obvious.4.Wenyang Tongfu Decoction for the Treatment of Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney in the Elderly It's safe in the course of patients.
