Methods Selected the clinicopathological statistics of 12 cases of patients with NTC, who were treated in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University during January 2003 to December 2015, as its onset clinical manifestations, without lymph node metastasis and pathological characteristics, treatments , prognosis and follow-up records for retrospective analysis, and review the literature. Results The 12 examples of neuroendocrine tumor of cervix patient take account of 1.47% of the cervical cancer over the same period. In 12 cases of patients, 9 patients presented with symptoms of postcoital spotting ,2 patients presented with abnormal vaginal bleeding, 1 patients presented with abnormal vaginal bleeding with fluid flow. In 12 patients: three cases are stage ?B1, six are ? B2 , one are ?A2 , one are ? B and one are ?.The neuroendocrine tumor of cervix early pelvic lymph node metastasis, and easily transferred to the lungs and other organs.Pathologic autopsy: 12 patients are all in solid tumors and tumors size 4.0 -6.0 cm, the average of 5.0 cm, sections are grey and sallowness, very brittle, similar to general cervical cancer.Under the electron microscope: some cancer cells visible neurosecretory granules. Immunohistochemical staining results: 1 patient , who had an operation in the other hospital surgery, could not provide postoperative pathological and immunohistochemical results; in the 11 patients, positive rate of immunohistochemical markers : Syn 100% (11/11), Cg A 90.9% (10/11),27.3% (3/11), NSE CD56 27.3% (3/11), CK 36.4% (4/11); Vim, LCA are expressing negative or not, EMA and P16 have not been measured.7 patients with surgery combined chemotherapy, and 2 patients for surgery were in addition with chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined treatment; three patients without surgery.6 patients lost to follow-up.3 cases stay alive respectively for 10,15, 40 months, the other 3 cases died after they were survived 8, 15, 48 months. Conclusion: Neuroendocrine tumor of cervix are extremely rare, at time of diagnosis for more early. It has no special clinical manifestation, and has the main symptoms vaginal bleeding after menopause or vaginal discharging. It is Prone to pelvic lymph node metastasis and high malignant degree and poor prognosis, and distinct pathological features.NCT can only rely on pathology and immunohistochemistry for making a definite diagnosis. In early-stage NCT,surgery was very important position, Its operation method and the cervical squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are no difference,posto-perative adjuvant chemotherapy must be the preferred treatment regimen, when necessary, plus auxiliary radiotherapy.
