Objectives:To analyze the clinical features of cervical metastatic carcinoma of unknown primary site(CCUP)and explore its diagnostic strategies, treatment and prognosis.Methods:54 patients with CCUP were analysed from January 2009 to December 2015.Using spss13.0 packages, with Kaplan-Meier survival curve drawing method, use log-rank test to analyze statistically significant,Cox proportional hazards regression model for multiple factors analysis. Results:Overall survival situation:The longest survival time of 54 cases of CCUP was 79 months at the end of follow-up,while the shortest was only one month. This group of 54 cases with general 1 year,3 years,5 years survival rate was 93.50%,71.1%and 93.5%respectively.The results were analyzed by log-rank test as follows:The group of 54 cases of unknown primary cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with an average age of 54.6 years old<54.6-year-old age with a median survival time was 26 months,>54.6 years, the median survival period of 18 months.Log-rank test showed P=0.15,X2=2.09,the difference was not significant. The whole group of male patients were 41 cases, female patients 13 cases, male and female median survival time was 46 months,37 months,Log-rank test showed P=0.02,X2=5.386,statistical difference.Pathological types include:29 cases of squamous carcinoma,11 cases of adenocarcinoma,3 cases of gland scale cancer,6 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma,1 case of neuroendocrine carcinoma,3 cases of lymphatic epithelial tumor and 1 case of myoepithelial carcinoma. The median survival time for patients with squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma is 26 months,18 months and 16 months,respectively.Log-rank test showed P=0.013 X2 =10.19,the difference was statistically significant.Clinical stages of the 54 cases includes 24 cases with N1,23 with N2,7 cases with N3.The median survival time was as follows 36 months,25 months and 12 months. There was a significant difference in survival time between patients with different clinical stages by using log-Rank test(P=0.00 X2=18.86).The data of the treatment methods were simple operation in 7 cases, chemotherapy alone in 8 cases, surgery + chemotherapy in 6 cases, chemotherapy + radiotherapy in 16 cases, surgery + chemotherapy +radiotherapy in 9 cases, palliative treatment of 8 cases. The median survival time as follows as 29 months,17 months,47 months,34 months,36 months and 7 months. There was a significant difference in the survival time between patients treated with log-Rank test?(P=0.00 X2=59.89).Cox proportional hazards regression model was used to analyze the factors that influence the prognosis of patients, and the treatment plan(p=0.017)was a prognostic factor.Conclusion:1.In patients with primary cervical lymph node metastases, the median survival time of men was higher than that of females.2.In patients with primary cervical lymph node metastases, the median survival time of patients with squamous cell carcinoma was the highest.3.In patients with primary cervical lymph node metastases, the median survival time of regional lymph nodes was the highest in N1 patients.4.In the treatment of patients with unknown primary cervical lymph node metastases, the survival rate of the combined treatment was higher than that of a single treatment...
